Been Weeks Still Havent Received My item...

i bought an iphone 8 plus for a gift, after two days i got the phone call that the phone screen was not working! we had to bring the phone for assistance because we were in Italy and we had to change the whole screen for 120 $! we bought it new we would have paid less!

I bought the iPhone XS Max and it looked brand new came with a new charger great service the battery is great at 92% charging capacity

I ordered a "refurbished" iPad on January 6th. I paid for next day shipping, and had to reach out to Loop Market to even have the seller actually send it in time. When I received the iPad, and turned it on, imagine my surprise when it booted into "Remote Managed" mode, being managed by Waitr! I reached out after trying to just reset it from within the settings, and the CSR I spoke with spoke to the refurbisher. They assured the CSR I spoke with that they'd tested it, and their software said it was all good to go. I requested a refund, sent Loop Market several photos, and when they relayed this message to the refurbisher, they (the refurbisher) had the audacity to say that they hoped the IMEI matched when I sent it back. That's truly uncalled for. The way it came off was very much like the refurbisher was insinuating that I was trying to send back a different iPad? I don't at all appreciate that. Once I got my return label and sent it back, I kept an eye on the tracking. The refurbisher received the iPad on the 19th. I expected them to have processed the return, and gotten back with me by now. I'd love to be able to write a complaint with the BBB, but for now, I'm just going to leave this review here, and I'll also forward my complaint to Sezzle so that perhaps they can remove their support from this company. I asked earlier this afternoon if there was an update on my return, but no one ever responded in their chat. I'm giving it until about 4:30 EST 1/22/2021 before I just do a chargeback with my bank. I'm sick of this. I'd NEVER use this company again. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy.

Phone came in excellent condition.....felt and still feels brand new I'll recommend loop....been 2 weeks so far so good oneplus 6T

My phone is not unlocked as advertised and customer service is taking way too long to get back to me. I had better get a refund and prepaid shipping envelope to return this.Edit: it's changing my star rating to a 5 star once i submit smh.

Better than I expected. Both phone had no scratches to the body or the screen and my sisters were super excited to get them.

I’ve been having a hard time trying to get it cut on. My son is with boost mobile and I brought the phone as a birthday gift, and it’s been a nightmare. Everywhere I take it they can’t cut it on. Very disappointed! They stores keep saying it’s under someone else name.

So far not too good. Have not received product ordered after more than 2 weeks. No update from USPS or the company since January 4 of this year. Have reached out but told to be patient. I have also been charged my first 2 payments which in my case I am paying for an item I have yet to receive.

Phone still has Sprint startup and apps that will not go away.

If this was resolved it might have been better. Not working with Verizon.

Not happy not even 48 hours and already have issues on the phone I order. It keeps looping back and forth. I really hope to get either my money back or have it replaced.

The phone was in great condition, the packaging was well done. I definitely recommend this site and will in the future purchase all my apple items from here.
