I placed my order with Loop Marketplace and had some challenges with my original phone being out of stock and several delays. Marc, the CEO stepped in personally and made sure I had the phone I wanted, expedited my order and followed up to make sure I was a happy customer. This was not about the company making a profit and saying sorry, nothing we can do. Loop Marketplace has my business in a overcrowded and often shady industry. Thank you, Marc!! LOVE my phone!

I originally have Loop 1 star because we haven’t gotten what we ordered BUT the CEO called me personally and work out something that worked for us and is greatly appreciated. Marc (the CEO) is amazing and I will definitely use this company again for our electronic needs.

I was scrolling online for days seeking an I Phone. I came across this company and was very pleased they accepted Sezzle as an payment option. The phone arrived as described and the owner Marc is incredible. My battery life is not that great and the phone is slow to charge so I ordered an faster I phone charger. Love my iPhone XR but my rear camera not working I’m so hurt

Got an iphone 8 that stated very good condition and product came looking almost brand new. I did placed my order and then decided to have concerns lol! So I messaged them and Marc got to me Fast and explained the company policy regarding blacklisted and not paid off phones. Once things processed he even gave me the imei before it got to me so I could verify and everything checked out. I definitely recommend and will be using them in the future.

I'm excited about these guys. High quality refurbished products at compelling prices. I love the notion that buying used should be the norm. I have several old phones in a drawer. Don't we all?! That's really not good for the world. I hope Loop succeeds at giving good electronics, especially smartphones, a second (or third!) life.

So glad I found Loop for back to (virtual) school shopping!

With school and socializing all virtual for our two young girls for the foreseeable future, we needed to finally get them their own devices. But now was not the time to drop a lot of cash on new Apple gear (especially as they're likely to drop them early and often). Finding Loop was our lucky break! Great used gear at low prices, all with a warranty to boot.

Probably saved about $500 total. And as a bonus it was great to have the kids excited about the "trees they planted" :)

After checking out many marketplaces for a good used iPhone, I found this place with the lowest price and the best quality! Definitely coming back to check out more devices.
