Mediocre service, heavy inflated prices of items. If you build progress for ultra items and your subscription ends they will drop it to 0% and say it is a "visual bug" and will not give you the previous progress.

Most of the reviews are bot, checked youtube videos and comments and this site scams expensive skins! Maybe you can rent out cheaper skins like 50-100$

everything was quick and easy and its honestly great skins you can get in the threshold!

Terrible. I tried to rent a skin, i added my account info and then my steam trade URL, but the site said that the URL is being used on a different account which doesnt make sense. How could i forget the terrible web design.i could go on and on but ill stop here...

95% of the positive reviews on here just magically appeared, As I recall last month this company had a 1 star.

The company tells you that they serve as a intermediate between the renter and supplier. I believed them once, and I was wrong.

They froze my account without notice, after losing 3 skins accidently, I even paid the 115% fees in full the next day. What's funny is because, I know how much I paid lootbear, and when the renter lost my skins on their platform. They offered me lootbear Credits for items that are extremely overpriced. If you lose your skin, they keep the renter's fee. And if you lose skins that belonged to suppliers, you still pay lootbear the fees.

If I had known this, i'd stay away from the site. This one incident took me more than 6 months of going back and forth with their customer rep.

i just started using their rental system, and it's actually amazing. the trade came in immediately, and the website is easy to use. i'm glad that they make it easy for us plebs to try out more expensive skins.

Absolute Scam.

I was forced to change my paypal email address 1 year ago and therefore, as someone who rents their skins out, I need to change the paypal payout address. However there is no option to do this, even after contacting support thousands of times. They do sometimes offer me a manual payout however this takes a long long time.

However the worst part is getting scamemd for my 2 most expensive items. 6 months ago i tried withdrawing them and both came up with errors. I assumed it was a temporary error however I got the same 1 week ago. I contacted support and they say theyve potentially lost my skin....... Then they offer my reimbursment of my skin, which im okay with as I was looking to sell both anyway. Now, they say reimbursment is not currently possible. Now they're offering either to keep "searching" for my skin (which is obviously unfair I need my skin and money now) or, a replacement. However I also had a nice float on both knives so this is unacceptable. Give me my money lootbear

Customer service and verification system are ridiculous.
I had been using it for a while last year. Everything was fine.
Recently i was trying to renew my subscirpiton and there was a lot of problems. They were rejecting my documents without giving any reason what is wrong. Customer service is like writing with a bot. When i adressed my complaints, they cut the contact.
If i want to use a service i expect it to be as fast as possible and by the clear rules. Lootbear lacks both. I do not recommend.

Globally it's a scam, you will never reach lootbear ultra as you will be stuck at 96%. I sent at least 5 messages to the support and they always say they can't do anything about it and that I need to wait.
