So i have already posted s review of how unhappy i was to be persistently diverted to tech support in the US to deal with a camera that didn't (and still doesnt work properly.) I have now had my phone bill for this and i have been charged 156 pounds for a conversation that was entirely useless. AVOID the company altogether its a scam. My ekectrician will never use them again and i am contacting american express to let them deal with them. As after my first trust pilot review lorex said they would look into it and did nothing.

Ordered an item on 8th April and still haven't received it. End up cancelling the order and asked for a refund. Their warehouse in the UK is highly unreliable. Think twice before purchasing

I purchased a CCTV kit from Lorex on March 8, 2024, but I have yet to receive the order. This has been a disappointing experience. I need to install the CCTV this week, but I still haven't received any tracking number or delivery information.

plugged my old camera system into a router. Couldn't view it when away so called them up. I insisted I had upto date firmware as the dvr said no new update found. Firmware was 00041 turns out latest is 00092 they couldn't connect remotely to update it so sent me a link to download the firmware to update manually. Going to do so in 2 days and I trust it will all work afterwards. Very helpful and friendly service.

Recently bought a CCTV system from them and have been very happy with it so far as all the units are very solidly build (aluminium body). All items were packaged very well and quality materials used thoughout. When calling their support line, this was answered very quickly by a nice, polite representative.

The NVR Fusion was very simple to set up and also to link with their Lorex Phone App and the range of features available on the system I bought met all my requirements.

This is much less than I can say for a certain other CCTV company who's name is similar a large white waterfoul which I have left a review for and are the exact polar opposite of Lorex in terms of quality and service!
