Customer service from this company is poor. They do not reply to messages or phone calls. I was given a delivery slot of 2-6pm the night before delivery after having to chase the company for a delivery time (this was the second delivery issue I’d had).

I received a call at 8am the morning of delivery from the courier and a message that the bed would be delivered in the next hour, despite the time slot of 2-6pm, this meant I had to take more last minute time off work to await delivery.

Even though I was advised the delivery team were a third party courier, when I asked why I had not been informed of the delivery change the delivery driver sent me a message saying ‘delivery time was changed in evening’ and ‘bed company tried to contact you yesterday’ despite having no calls or contact from the company.

I then tried to phone and message company for clarification and received no response. WhatsApp messages have been read with no response.

Bed was fine but customer service would make me avoid this company in the future.

Never bought a bed online before. Because its an investment, I was a bit worried until the bed turned up. The bed is just beautiful, very comfy backing and materials used.
The fitting service was a lifesaver as I would not have been able to carry the parts to the bedroom.
All in all very happy with my experience with the company.

I have never bought bedroom furniture online before, pleased to say that I found this website.
The upholstery is of very high standard and padding is great. I wanted a weekend delivery and was chuffed to find out that they provided weekend delivery option.
I would not hesitate to buy again.

I adore my bed from this company. Mattress sits just the right height for my dog to climb in. I had to ask a few questions before placing the order which were promptly answered. Jade has been very helpful with the fabrics as well. Paid for delivery and fitting service which was carried out in a very timely manner. I would not hesitate to order again.

I am pleased to write this feedback. Recieved our bed over the weekend, delivery gentlemen were thoroughly great. Fitted the bed for us and showed us how the ottoman function works.
Had pleasant buying experience and would buy again with positive reservations.

I was a bit hesitant to order my ottoman without having to see it in person. To my surprise, the quality of fabric and craftsmanship is of great quality. Delivery was within a week and communication via live chat and phone was great. I would not hesitate to order again.

I ordered a king-size ottoman linen bed. The company contacted me to confirm that my order matched my preferences. Surprisingly, it was delivered earlier than anticipated. A great feature was live chat. The delivery arrived on time, and the two delivery gentlemen handled the bed and headboard with care as they carried them upstairs. They assembled the bed for me as I requested this. Both the bed and headboard are sturdy and exceptionally well-made. My experience, from ordering material swatches to the final delivery, was excellent. I highly recommend this company.

Recently moved and required three beds, the service was spot on and we couldn’t be any happier with the beds we have purchased. Highly recommended and I’m sure we will be back again if we ever need another bed.

I was very very sceptical before purchasing as I always purchase from main retailers for large items. However, I must say I wish I could give 10 stars for these guys. Absolutely exceptional on so many levels. Customer service was the highlight for me, 11pm and replying to emails, dms and live chats within minutes on multiple days. Delivery during the Christmas period and snow done within a week! Delivery accidents happen, I received a mattress with some dirt and a few scuffs but customer service were exceptional and sorted that out for me again within minutes of emailing. And not to mention the bed is top quality and easy to build. Amazing, Amazing, Amazing! May god increase your business success in future. I hope to see you guys in my local retail park in 5 years. Customer for life right here.

First of all the customer service of this company was amazing so efficient and quick. I was able to message them with instant replies on their web chat. The bed only took 1 week to deliver and easy to assemble. The bed is so solid heavy and the best quality!

Bed was amazing I was really impressed with the quality, the only issue I had was with communicating with the company as they were sometimes hard to reach, however they have sent the samples of fabric always straight away and the quality of the bed is worth the price

I ordered a double bed from them worth nearly £600
Quality of the bed is very bed. It has only been a while and the bedframe has come apart. Four joints on each side has loose hinges. The wooden bars do not get fixed anywhere as they float and are so flimsy
Also when I placed the order, there were missing parts that took ages to be sent out again. Their customer service is rubbish. Either they do not respond or day we are looking into it. Finally after so many attempts the parts were sent which didn't even fix the problem.

I left a review on their website and guess what they immediately removed it. If you go on their website they are all 5 stars which makes me think they are making them up as trustpilot tells a completely different " true " story.

Please do not buy from them! Total scammers!

No communication, horrible quality and bed was full of faults!

Presales was fine but as soon as they had my money it's like they didn't care. Bed was delayed by nearly a month. It arrived with the most poor instructions and was faulty and at an incline. The quality is horrible and support bars were incorrect size. Absolutely shocking service please take your money elsewhere. Absolutely shocking company. Wish I had never spent my money with them.

This was easily the worst shopping experience me and my daughter have ever had and I can't be alone in feeling this way. If you trust one review here, trust this one - do not use this company.
Lack of care, lack of manners and to add insult to injury, bed quality is SHOCKING to say the least.
Only got a modest refund by taking it through my bank (trying to communicate with them is a waste of time as they have ZERO customer service ) I'm quite certain I wouldn't have seen a penny of my money back otherwise.
Just avoid.

Bought the Frazer winged ottoman bed small double (4ft)

Service has been good, quite responsive on live chat and emails.

However I was disappointed when there's a missing bent bar which I had to wait three days until I receive it.

Second when the bent bar didn’t fit I was really worried about the safety of the bed.

I sent an email and asked for a call. Lorinzer replied to myemail and gave me a call within half an hour so, apparently the bent bar is supposed to be 2cm shorter and you need to apply pressure to assemble it properly.

Main feedback is the instruction manual which is not clear and hard for a first time assembler to do it myself. The base layer boards also didn’t fit properly and I had to scrap those but not too big of an issue as I can still store my items it’s just they will be on the carpet instead of an extra layer

Otherwise everything works and the bed looks good. Had a fright worried I ordered a poor quality bed but turned out fine.

Writing reviews is not my strong point but here we go!
I ordered from the company after falling in love with the oppulent ambassador bed's design. The materials are on par with any other high street retailer. The mattress ordered along with the bed is of very good quality and provides good support. We ordered orthopedic mattress.
Emails were responded to in a very timely fashion so no complaints there!
The delivery guys were very courteous as well.
All things said, I would recommend the oppulent ambassador bed and the company.
