I ordered a scarf that never came. I'm still messaging them a year later and have received nothing.

My first review was one star because I’d been waiting for my scarf for 4 months , but when it did arrive I really loved the quality and their authentic designs. I would love to order one more scarf even if it would take 4 months to receive it again, but unfortunately this store is unavailable now 💔

I assume this is a scam business
I ordered a scarf from them on 11/12/24 order no #3761 and have sent a number of messages for a delivery update. They have not responded and I have not received my order as of 23/6/25
Avoid this company

Ordered in March, the item was never sent.
The website is now closed down. Please answer my email I want my money back!

Ordered something back in 2024, tried to reach out to customer service multiple times since then and got no answer back. The website is now down, so I guess thats that.

Bought a scarf in January 2025 and still haven't received my item in May I have tried contacting them and received zero reply. Pretty sure this was a scam and I am annoyed to be out £50. Do not buy from this site. Order number #4000.

I ordered a scarf on 09. January. Today after 13 weeks I'm still waiting for my delivery.
I did ask multiple times via email about the status of the order but got no reply.
Today I did write again and wanted to withdraw from the purchase, but the email address does not exist anymore and could not be delivered.
I'll try to charge back the money with my bank.

Same as the others here. Ordered in Dec, still no scarf in April. No responses at all when I contact them. AVOID

DO NOT BUY! I ordered a scarf in November, still nowhere to be found after 4 months. I'm pretty sure the 5 star reviews are fake here. I've written several emails and messages, 0 communication from the company's side.

It did took over 3 months for my package to arrive, with no updates in between, despite sending several emails. The website's terms of service mention that it can take approximately 6 to 9+ weeks for products to arrive, but when I placed my order, I only checked the shipping details and didn’t think to look at the terms of service. The products finally arrived yesterday, and they are amazing – exactly as shown on the website.

The lack of communication made me feel insecure and almost like I was being scammed, so I considered giving a lower rating. However, I want to balance this out by giving a 5-star review to highlight the great product quality and help others feel more confident in their purchase.

I ordered the Goth Crush scarf all the way back in November and received it only at the end of February. To be honest, after reading the horror stories on their Trustpilot and receiving absolutely zero response from their customer service, I was pretty sure I would not be receiving anything, so I'm pretty relieved that this is, in fact, not a scam website. However, they should definitely improve their communication regarding waiting times to manage customer expectations. The scarf itself is lovely, and the quality is great. I am sure it will last me a lifetime. The only downside is that the photos on their website are rather misleading in regards to the size of the scarf, as it is rather tiny in reality. I completely understand this is a small business, and one of the reasons why I placed my order was to support them, but they should definitely rethink their advertising and communication strategies, as the customer experience is rather poor to be honest.

I ordered two scarves before xmas and waited the 6-9 weeks plus an extra two (11 weeks in total)

I gave the customer service team multiple emails and only received one singular response saying it can take 6-9 weeks and they'd investigate my order.
They never did and never came back.

I've heard people received their orders (lucky them), I really wanted my scarves too but never got them lol

I'd say get your chargebacks through your banks asap as you'll get no where with their customer service team.

I have never made the effort to leave a bad review before but this has genuinely been such a terrible situation from start to finish.
