Clear details, well organised and staff all very welcoming and kind.

So, putting it bluntly, 'lost in tv' would appear to be the 'gatekeeper' for various BBC shows and if one doesn't dance to the 'lost in tv' entry tune then It would appear one's chances of getting 'free' tickets would appear to be very close to nil minus ... think I'll pass ... Goodbye.

I travelled to Riverside Studio in March. Great communication, good customer service from staff on arrival and during recording. Great experience to watch the filming, I would recommend!

I travelled to Riverside Studios on the 9th April to see You're Hired. When I got there I was told they were full. I had a ticket and a lot of us were turned away. Then I was told that I will be sent an e mail the day after for a priority show. I never received it. Shockingly bad experience.

We attended the songs of praise recording at the Edge in wigan. Way church.
All the staff were perfect, very helpful and supportive.
we attended with vulnerable adults from a care home and i cannot thank the staff enough :)

Everything was planned so well.. we had a great time and would deffinetly love to do it again, what a great experience.

I have booked to attend TV recordings via "Lost in TV" twice this year. I found them to be very well organised.

What can I say I loved every moment of it.I got there early because I wanted to be at the front to get the full feel of it.I haven’t been to one before and I will definitely be back for another.Even in the queue outside it was fun and met some interesting people with exciting stories to tell about their own events.Everything was excellently organised and myself being part of the audience felt totally involved at all times.It was great to let my hair down dancing and singing and although the cameras were everywhere you forgot they were there and let myself get totally involved with what was happening on stage.Thank you to the BBC and the Songs of Praise crew for a fantastic experience and certainly one I will never forget

The fact it was a Christian programme. Lots of friendly people there and the atmosphere in the church was deep and refreshing.
The crew were pleasant and very professional and it was lovely to see how the programme is made. It’s a fresh hope filled programme

we arrived on time and had to wait till we were called in. There was not much seating so had to stand up and wait. We were told where to sit and everyone was polite and friendly. It was a good show really enjoyed it.

What an exceptional evening of praise at the The Way Church for the "Songs of Praise" recording. The Floor Manager Karen was entertaining and informative and Shaun Fletcher, humble and engaging. The camera crew were seamless

We were lucky enough to be part of songs of praise in Wigan. What an amazing time we had. The email with our tickets advised us to be early as the ticket doesn’t guarantee entry. I completely understand why they do this. They have to guarantee a full audience. Within our group one person had to drop out due to an emergency. If they didn’t over subscribe events this would leave empty seats in the audience and this cannot happen for tv. The event was extremely well organised and ran smoothly. The ticket told us the recording would take 3 hours but we actually finished in 2 1/2.

Great communications. Tickets emailed promptly. Scanning into venue was quick & easy. Staff helpful. Recording steps and reasons were well explained. All round a pleasant experience.

Well organised also a very safe environment the staff were fantastic. I would recommend anyone to use them.

Ticket gained for songs of praise, everything ran smoothly. The staff were very helpful and looked happy in their work. The recording was brilliant and Karen the floor manager kept us informed and made everyone feel important. Thank you so much for a lovely experience.

We went to the filming of Songs of Praise at Way Church in Wigan last week. What an amazing and memorable experience. It was so well organised and planned out. Such wonderful people and an experience we will always remember. Thank you.

This was my first time in a recording! So blessed to be apart of this in my wonderful church (Way Wigan)
