Where is my order?

Bit silly asking for a review when I haven’t even received it!

Scam. Scam. Scam. I want my money back!

No idea what is happening with my order. All communication with Lost World remains unanswered. Potentially a scam.

Absolute scammers. No response to all emails sent, thats if you even get one sent through as most bounced as address unknown. No response to Instagram and Facebook comments and surprise, surprise NO ORDER and NO REFUND. Avoid like the plague unless you like throwing money away.

Order not received (ordered 14/12/2025) now its 29/12/2025. email address on website not accessible. Tried contact form on website multiple times - no response. Not communication from shipping company. Not good enough.

Currently waiting for an order confirmed on the 10th December, emails returned, no way to contact them or cancel the order, so exceptionally poor customer service

Order (placed 6th Dec) never arrived. Tried to contact multiple times via email and form. Email doesn't work and no response from contact form. No phone number.

Product seems ok, (It's a gift so yet to see how it fits). Order took three weeks to arrive so a little slow, but I'll happily put that down to it being a Christmas order in December.However it's true what other reviews say about the lack of customer support as I reached out to the company a few times to see where my order was and there was never any reply. So I guess I'm lucky it arrived. I only hope it doesn't need returning!

Ordered a sweater in the Black Friday sale (29 Nov), got an email 2 days ago saying I should have received it and asking for a review, and to contact them if I hadn’t got it. I’ve emailed twice and both bounced saying the address didn’t exist. Tried the message function on their website but looking at these other reviews I don’t hold out much hope. Hopefully my bank will refund me the £37 they’ve effectively stolen from me :/

Placed an order which never came, messaged customer services twice with no reply

Beware - do not use this company
Quick at taking your money and confirming your order, then nothing. Doesn’t answer Facebook messenger, or comments on their fb page. Ignores their own contact page and their email address is undeliverable. I’m hoping to get a charge back through my bank. My order is for a Xmas present and I very much doubt I will receive it in time. So disappointed.

UPDATE: they are now advertising on Facebook reels, I left a derogatory comment on the ad, comment removed and I’m now blocked from their FB page. Just proves how bad this company is.

Not received order, attempt to contact through social media, email and the website all unsuccessful. Really not happy. Would not recommend to anyone. Very disappointed as out of pocket and no t shirt. 🤬

Terrible service. Claimed to have delivered the goods, but hadn’t. Tried to make contact multiple times to find out what happened, but no response.
Eventually got my bank to do a charge back.

Absolutely terrible company, placed order over two weeks ago and haven't had one bit of contact, let alone a despatch email.

Hilariously I've now had an email hassling me to review my order as it "should now have arrived".

Company are impossible to get hold of, don't reply to social media/reviews and their email "doesn't exist" when you try to contact them.

Total waste of time, will be doing a chargeback on my account and marking them as a fraudulent company. So irritating as I always champion small business and try to spend my money locally.

Wouldn't have even minded if there were delays if they'd got overwhelmed with Black Friday orders etc, but a total lack of communication is frankly terrible.

Would have given zero stars if I could - order at your own risk.

Still waiting, ordered in November and had no contact since. Tried messaging them through email. Website, Facebook and Instagram... And nothing... Very disappointed as I ordered from them few years ago and it was all fine. I ordered a few tops and a bag so I really would want my money back for this ..

T,shirt took 3 weeks to arrive,the email address they give doesn't exist,kept pinging back ,no way of contacting them.When it did arrive,quality was good,but overall experience wasn't good at all.

2nd time ordering from them. 1st time had a great experience. Not so lucky this time around. Email from them stating order had been shipped while Royal mail is still expecting it. No way to contact them, email address not valid and will actively ignore all other communication methods. Current plan is to wait out and do a charge back with the bank. Order at your own risk.

Love my F..k It T shirt which I've bought for a specific purpose- I'm 72 years old and always been a rebel - I live next door to a pious Jehovahs witness who thinks I need saved - I have only one thing to say - F..k It - I will wear it with pride......

Impossible to contact customer service and arrange refund/exchange, the email they provide doesn’t exist and they don’t reply to messages on insta/facebook. Second order smaller size, never arrived. Probably scam.

Ordered two T-shirts, then saw some reviews & was a little worried. I didn’t need to be. My T-shirts arrived, they were perfectly folded not screwed up like some other companies I could mention. The quality is great a lot better than I thought. Took about 10-12 days to arrive which I didn’t feel was too bad. Overall impressed & would buy again.

The item was the wrong size; I have emailed so many times, using various platforms, no response, for a return and refund.
