Bought two items
Bought two items. My account was charged for them but I received no order confirmation or shipping information. Have emailed three times, reached out on FB and Instagram and have received zero response. It has been two weeks now. These are Christmas gifts and I figured ordering a month before Christmas would ensure they’d get here but it looks like all they do is take your money. Sad practice for a company with cool products
Edited: items received and are great quality. Just wish they were a little better with communication. Shirts are awesome though

Less than zero customer service
Didn’t receive full order.
Have both emailed and used website contact us page (many times) to no avail
No responses at all.
Shame as have previously bought, and products are great.
But have an issue and they see to ignore you.
