There is always abit of anxiety when buying something online, but I have to say that Lotsy (and in particular Anthony) have been excellent. Not only is the product as advertised but his customer service around my requests has been hands down fantastic. Will definitely recommend.

Such an eye catching site with so many choices. Easy to browse and to order with quick delivery. Bought as a house warming present and it is perfect. Beautiful, crisp colours which will look brilliant when up on the wall. Will definitely use again.

The communication from Anthony was amazing and also the way he was so happy to make changes for me making sure I was happy with the product before sending it out was first Class. Highly recommend this company.

I experienced some issues with part of the order. Anthony tried reaching out and my inbox bounced the emails back which let to a bad experience. However, Anthony was able to later contact me, resolved the issue, and send the correct items. This made my experience much better knowing that there is truly care in the business. Original purchase was super easy with speedy postage to Australia. Great quality print! My kids damaged the original print. Anthony kindly sent replacement digital file. Great customer service!

I chose the three country design to print onto tea towels that were given to our Guests at our Wedding. Anthony was incredibly helpful and patient. I brought this as a gift for my sister moving to Idaho falls. Not only did Antony send a proff which I told him the personlison was incorrect he promised it would fix it before send out and once he did it hasn't been changed. I contacted him to let him know, I didn't want a new product due to the birthday been and gone. I managed to get a refund
