SCAM!!!
They bribe me to write reviews (I am supposed to get 1000 coins/review). They ask me for reviews and when I send a review nothing happens. Apparently I have to contact them, so I do that.
They tell me I'm "abusing the review function" when they are the ones asking me to write reviews. It's a scam. At Customer Service they told me I won't get coins for my latest reviews so I might just tell the truth.

I would leave 0 stars if Trustpilot…
I would leave 0 stars if Trustpilot allowed it.
I have been dealing with LottoSocial for the last few months and the customer service has been absolutely dreadful.
Since March, I have been unable to log into my account despite numerous attempts. Trying to get help was almost impossible — every email response simply sent me another login link to an account I could not access in the first place.
After endless emails back and forth with no actual solution, I eventually asked them to close/cancel my account because there was no point keeping it open if I could not log in. I also asked whether there were any remaining funds in the account, as I believed there probably were. I was assured there was nothing outstanding.
Despite the fact I closed/cancelled my account in March, I received an email on the 16th May, from LottoSocial saying:
“Use your £9.36 Credit to get EuroMillions Lines – No Additional Payment Required.”
So clearly there WAS still money/credit on the account.
I contacted them again and, yet again, received the same useless automated-style response with a login link to the closed account I no longer have access to. After chasing them again for a response, I was finally told:
“There’s no cash in your account as my colleague earlier mentioned. There’s £9.36 credit which can be used to purchase more tickets or play games. Credit cannot be withdrawn as cash. Unfortunately this information is in our Terms and Conditions.”
So despite previously being told there was nothing left on the account, there was still credit there all along.
Terrible communication, unhelpful customer service, and an incredibly frustrating experience from start to finish. I would strongly advise others to think carefully before using LottoSocial.

it was easy to use
I came across Lotto social by chance…
I came across Lotto social by chance and the main reason I recommend and enjoy the games, and the format is how easy to navigate the UI is and how easy it is to actually play. Its straightforward, clear and easy to a just the wager to smaller amounts.
The free games and syndicates are a game changer defininatly I think. Who doesn't want to increase the % chance of something landing. Much better odds than others. I like to automate set amounts and then check in here n there. The customer service ate really friendly . Can't fault it.
Thanks J°•.
LOTTO NOT SO SOCIAL
BEWARE according to their chatbot Lottosocial is unregulated.
Whilst you try to read the terms and conditions where required I obviously missed something as I do not recall giving access to Lottosocial to make automatic withdrawals from my debt account.
I was completely staggered when I inadvertently discovered that not inconsiderable amounts of money were being withdrawn from my debit account without ever being asked for any approval or authorisation, excepting that given at the initial account creation.
I had obviously been naïve to expect that Lottosocial were overseen by the FCA or some 3rd party authority to ensure fair practices are employed?
Without it it seems to me to be nothing more than permission to allow unscrupulous behaviour.
I am not a gambler (I don’t even play the National Lotto) and only subscribed as a bit of fun, on a miserable January evening in 2026, lured in by a £1 per game promotion, and after investing £1 for each of our little family I played and forgot all about it - several months later my daughter reminded me, and just out of interest I went to find out if anything happened with the £3.00 invested and subsequently discovered that money had been deducted for 3 games in the intervening months at £6.50 per game each week.
Once the £1 promotional entry game finishes “Lottosocial” make no attempt to communicate with their customers.
Not a single mail or text reminder from this outfit to opt in or out of authorising withdrawals automatically, not even a message for the roll over from the promotion for entry into subsequent enrolment of games that I stupidly happen to have subscribed to but only as part of the promotion ( I thought), as a one time thing. So the £3.00 resulted in a loss of over £400.00 without even knowing about it. Is it any wonder that I feel as though I have been robbed?
It amazes me that “in this day and age” of “gamble awareness”, 2FA and AI that an online company are allowed to operate without any of the guard rails to protect people from uncontrolled practices.
Subscription to LottoSocial relies on your mobile phone number for your registration. In this age of 2FA and warnings of gamble awareness you would have thought a guard rail should be MANDATORY. And I would not have thought it was too demanding to use AI to implement such a solution.
It seems strange to me that the banks permit automatic withdrawls from a gambling platform that is probably subscribed to by the greater number of users never having fully comprehended the implications of the Terms & conditions if they have read them at all.
I have lodged a complaint with Lottosocial but have very little confidence of getting back the amount they have withdrawn and repeat that they did so unknown to me over 4 months, leaving me significantly out of pocket - not good at any time, but especially bad in these days of adversity.
Ironic but it seems Antisocial?
I can’t quite recall the involvement of the bank in the process of registration but I think I read someone say here on Trustpilot that it was via your credit card company, but I’m still not sure how that engages the bank.
But if you find yourself in a similar position I have found that if unsuccessful with your claim with Lottosocial you can escalate with the bank via the chargeback protection mechanism they have in place which will be my next course of action (in 14 days time) and have slightly more confidence that will be more successful.
Just Be careful!
There is so much unscrupulous behaviour out there!
Sorry for rambling, but hope this is useful for someone.
