Cannot fault Lotus. Easy to order and re-order and excellent customer service when I recently had an issue it was dealt with efficently and professionally.

Always answer queries and helpful have been using for nearly a year. There is an app and additional support available too. Quick dispatch and tracking. Never an issue with delivery etc unlike two other pharmacies I have used. Would highly recommend.

I’ve been with lotus for a while now transferred from another pharmacy. Hands down the best customer experience through out. Such a smooth transfer from my last pharmacy and they go above and beyond to help when it’s been needed. James and the team I can’t thank more, with the consistent help and support on my weight loss journey.

I cannot fault Lotus as a company for weightloss medication. You are able to get help and advise when you need it, repeat prescriptions are very simple to order and their delivery service is excellant, generally 24hrs after your prescription has been processed.
You are able to get loyalty discounts on your orders which is an added bonus, even though I find their prices are cheaper than most companies currently advertising weightloss medication. I wouldn't use anyone else, even my husband now purchases his medication from Lotus. I have had nothing but a positive experience and highly recommend Lotus and their Weightloss Programme to anyone who is considering weightloss medication.

Always first class. From the beginning to the end. I feel like I’m in good hands with Lotus always asking about your wellbeing etc. Orders are discreet,speedy and packaged well. Prices are very competitive too. Would highly recommend.

From next day delivery to support is second to none, but their prices is what stands out for me, very competitive so have never had to change suppliers.

I joined Lotus 4 weeks ago and from the beginning I was guided through how to use the app all weightloss help was advised to me and everyone is so supportive. I wouldn’t go anywhere else now as having a community going through the same as you has been great. Also there are some perks on the app that can get you money off your next pen. Great team great support join now and you can see for yourself

This is my 3rd order with Lotus and to be fair their pricing has been very good. Previous deliveries were smooth, so I want to give credit where it’s due.

However, this delivery experience with Royal Mail has been disappointing. Tracking only showed “failed delivery” with no actual delivery attempt, no missed delivery card, and no proper update — which is stressful when waiting for temperature-sensitive medication like Mounjaro, especially before a bank holiday weekend.

Good prices and service from Lotus so far, but the delivery side this time really missed the mark.

If i could 10 stars i would ...... simply the best company i have encountered that dispense MJ. No hassle sign up and delivery is super quick. After a several issues with other providers i will be sticking with Lotus for the rest of my orders. A credit to the industry and i can tell their customer service actually care. Thank you

I cannot fault Lotus - they have been amazing since I first heard about them. They were highly efficient in responding to my initial contact and delivered my order within two days. Their app is fabulous and they are so responsive to feedback, actually sorting issues out very quickly. The app is being updated all the time and they actively seek feedback from the users and then implement our requests - something you rarely get anywhere else. I highly recommend them also on their pricing and reward scheme.

It was reassuring to go through such a rigorous assessment process as they obviously take patient safety seriously. The interactions I’ve had have been efficient and supportive and the linked App to track, whilst not the sharpest tool has a load of videos and information about each stage of your journey. It looks particularly useful for teaching living with maintenance. Very scientific and a responsibility to patient care is evident. Highly impressed to date.

I couldn’t be happier with the service provided by Lotus. There is an app which is free to download and use which gives lots of advice and tips plus the most amazing community which is supportive and encouraging. I have received personal support from the pharmacy team to resolve my specific issues and would encourage anyone thinking of using this service to give Lotus a try. They are competitive and with the app as well I personally think they would be hard to beat.
