Goods & Service

I ordered with Louis Motorrad because the goods were very competitively priced even compared to the same product in my own country. Ordering with Louis was strait forward. I knew the delivery may take a few days but this was not an issue as the goods arrived when expected. The goods were exactly what I ordered and I am really happy with them. No damages etc so even step of the process was stress free. Will definitely be ordering again from Louis Motorrad.

Silly survey before order delivery.

The order has not been delivered yet.
So, till now I have to share only experience in spending money.
Sorry to say this but, it is a unexpected surprise from your marketing department.
I am 100% sure you have a tracking system for your deliveries.
I will be very happy to share my experience when I am going to be in possession of goods ordered.
All the best. (In this case better is the proper word not best ;-))

Communication was excellent

Communication was excellent, boots ordered were wrong size (my mistake entirely), no problem returning them and exchanging for bigger size. I will deal with Louis again and recommend them highly.
