Martin was very helpful when I wanted to send back a parcel with the wrong size. He helped me find out that my mail was registered wrongly and that way we could resolve the issue with the resend. Only took 10 Minutes

The orders are always perfectly delivered and the only time I had a problem, Amber resolved it as fast as she can and sent me the correct item in 1 business day ! Perfect !

Great customer service. Ordered a bikini and it didn’t fit so made an exchange and realised I selected the wrong size. Quickly got in touch with customer service and Lauren was able to rectify it to the correct size so I don’t have to post it back a second time. Really pleased with this service!

Although I’m disappointed that I didn't get to receive the items this time, the smooth resolution process has given me a lot of confidence in the brand. I came into the Cabot Circus store on 30th April for a bra fitting. I don’t usually enjoy bra shopping so I was feeling a bit anxious beforehand, especially after a long taxing day at work.

Despite the store being busy, Nadine was absolutely lovely. She managed to juggle multiple customers while still making me feel supported, comfortable, and listened to throughout the fitting. She helped me find the right size and made the whole experience feel much less daunting, with absolutely no judgement at all.

I was served by a lady named Eve and she was so helpful with finding the right sizes and she was so welcoming. She made me feel so comfortable and it urged me to make a purchase based on her customer service alone!

I ordered a jumper and shorts for my girlfriend and got the wrong size, and I even lost my receipt because I entered the wrong email at checkout (classic boyfriend behaviour). I emailed the team and got Lucy who was incredibly helpful. She tracked down my order number, resent it to me and explained how to process a refund to pick some other items. Lounge is the best! I am little crying right now because they are so supportive and thoughtful.
I ordered my package for my honeymoon. Unfortunately, my package got lost. I reached out to Lounge, and Elisha helped me with this order. After knowing I need it for my honeymoon, they sent me the same products with an express shipping option!
I thought I couldn’t have it before my trip. But, the package came from Bristol to New York in just 1 day!!
I am grateful for the company and the customer service team, especially Elisha.
Also, the products are lovely and the quality is outstanding! I love them a lot.
