Not reliable dispatch time. I needed the items for holiday and made 2 orders. One has been dispatched but Still did not arrive despite ordering weeks ago. The other order was not even shipped. Customer service could not help.

Customer service is great! Stef was so helpful and resolved my query in no time. Couldn’t be happier, and the pieces are all wonderful.

I had a question and contacted customer support, and Kate got back to me. The response was incredibly fast, and my issue was resolved within minutes. Plus, the quality of the clothes is fantastic. All in all, absolutely top-notch.

I had an issue with a order that I missed the DPD pickup for, and they were extremely helpful solving it for me, even offering me express shipping for the new shipment at no extra cost. I am very pleased at the way this was handled and will definitely buy from them again!

I ordered a few items online but unfortunately they were not delivered or sent in 2 weeks. I contacted customer services and within 30 minutes I received a response from Rosina. I was given a few options and choose for the items to be re-ordered. The very next day the items arrived. Brilliant customer service.

I received a Lounge Underwear set for my birthday, which I was really excited about at first. Unfortunately, the bra turned out to be too big. We contacted customer service, and they told us we could return the bra and then choose between an exchange or a gift card.

We returned the bra properly, but that’s where the problems started. Weeks went by without any update. We even went to the post office to track down what might have happened to the package and reached out to Lounge customer service.

To this day, they claim the return is “lost,” but there has been absolutely no effort to think along with us or offer a solution. No goodwill gesture, no alternative, no real support, nothing. We’ve basically been left to deal with the issue ourselves.

The customer service at Lounge Underwear is extremely disappointing. You expect understanding and a reasonable solution, but instead you’re completely left hanging. This experience alone is enough reason for me not to order from them again, and I definitely wouldn’t recommend them to others.
