My father in law of 82 placed an order for what he thought were decent quality items but when they arrived they were plastic shipped directly from china
Discussed with the company who refused to issue him a refund and insisted he either paid £35 to return back to them or another £5 for a replacement
After much discussion refused to refund his £38 order

Don't buy anything from them. You won't get a refund as advertised on there website. I wanted to return 2 x binkinis. No return option on the website. When contacted them, recieved delayed responses and then rubbish replys with no comment on how to return and recieve a refund. They don't deserve a 1 star. Had to pick that so I could leave a review.

After posting this review they got back in touch to offer me half my money back. A shame it takes a poor review for them to offer a refund!
Ordered strapless bra - when it arrived quality poor, fitting poor, no support at all from the bra, just not fit for purpose. When I asked how to return was told it wasn’t worth returning as I would have to pay postage but they’d offer me 20% off my next order!! Wouldn’t order from them again - terrible product and poor customer service.

VERY POOR/NONE EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE
Ordered some shoes, on 8/7/26 and received 15/7/26, that are not as flexible as seen in advert and I needed the flexibility for comfortable fitting shoes. I am trying to return them. Have emailed the company several times and they’ve not had the politeness to respond (bet they do for this one!!) I DO NOT WANT THESE SHOES AND AM NOT GOING TO PAY FOR SOMETHING I DONT WANT. If they give address I’ve already messaged than thanks, but you don’t reply to that. All I want is a return address-not much to ask!

SHOCKER ! having posted a negative review of Loungon, I was subsequently asked by Trustpilot to add details to my review. I have done that & was offered by Maeve (Loungon) to send what I originally ordered. I then received a 2nd email (from Cheese) telling me they’d send a refund, not my order.
This company is a complete joke, use them at your own risk !
