Emailed customer support twice asking for a refund as the good were not as adverised ,with no reply
After submitting review on truspilot company emailed me.
They set up a refund which i received the next day.
So fair play to them for doing that

Poor quality, ill fitting underwear. Their replies to my multiple emails requesting a return were all identical "your order is on its way".

Mistake Rectified Immediately.
Order problem was they did an upgrade option instead of the original,which I clicked on, but the original wasn’t deleted and they billed me for the two of them and were going to send both. I queried this and explained the mistake, I got a reply straight away and they refunded my PayPal account for the difference immediately. Very satisfied with their response and efficiency. A very good service 👍👍
