We are extremely happy with our shutters which Paul has just fitted. They look great and are just what we were hoping for. There was around a 12 week wait between ordering and fitting (due to unavoidable shipping delays at the moment) which was explained to us before we made our order, and as soon as they arrived, we were contacted to arrange a prompt fitting. Paul was friendly and professional and we'd recommend the company to anyone.

Excellent experience and service from start to finish. Paul brought round his case of samples and talked through all the options and process with us. We had about a 12 week wait between measuring and fitting but it was well worth it. Paul himself was a pleasure to have around while he was fitting the shutters- we put the world to rights! The job was done with great attention to detail and everything was left tidy once he was done. Thank you!

Paul came and showed us all sorts of samples of shutters, had no idea how many options there were! Size of louvres, many different colours, material they are made from, types of mechanism to open and close. Paul was really good at explaining everything, giving great advice based on his extensive knowledge, whilst allowing us to make the decision on what would work best for us. He was very thorough with all the measuring as whilst our 5 section bay window looked fairly straight, each section was slightly different in size! Paul explained from the offset that the shutters are custom made to our exact measurements so this means there is a wait for them to be manufactured.
When Paul arrived to fit them, every section of shutter came really well packaged, all marked up so Paul knew exactly what went where. In a matter of hours our bay window was transformed from having awful dusty net curtains and heavy curtains to a light filled haven or in the evening a dark filled haven! Paul showed us how to operate and look after the shutters and gave us a spare shutter for each section so if one got damaged we could replace it. The shutters are great quality and have completely changed the whole feeling of our lounge, we are so delighted with them! Having the ability to adjust the shutters depending on the sun's position is particularly good as previously it was very hard to stop the sun reflecting onto our television as it moved across in the late afternoon/evening with the curtains, now we can just open and close each section of shutter as it moves!
Adriana dealt with the whole administrative part of the order, confirming everything, taking the deposit and letting us know how long the shutters were going to take and then final payment. Both Paul and Adriana were really professional, knowledgeable and friendly, we wouldn't have an hesitation to recommend them to anyone! Thank you both for everything, we are so pleased we chose Louverly :)

Mark fitted our shutters to a very high standard. He was polite, courteous and very tidy workmanship. The shutters look and feel very good quality. We used a small family business so that we can support a local company but also we wanted to receive a personal service. We had shutters fitted in two bedrooms, what a transformation, just love them. Highly recommend Louverly Shutters, great workmanship, very good price and Paul and his wife are very courteous and keen to give good customer service. It’s all a very simple process, they come in, measure up and then in approx 14 weeks they come back and fit them.
