Brilliant experience from start to finish! Louverly Shutters were a pleasure to do business with. Paul visited to measure up and show the options available - no upsell, just honest advice and recommendations. I could tell he knew his stuff which gave me confidence in him. Great communication from Paul and Adriana, prompt and always friendly. Howard fitted our shutters, again polite and friendly. Did a super job of the install and left the place clean and tidy. Before contacting Paul I looked at the option to self measure and DIY install with various providers but decided paying a little more for professional install was the best option and so glad I did! Well worth it and priced very competitively to other companies that will install for you. Couldn’t recommend enough!

I found Paul to be very personable, friendly and an all round nice guy! The price I was quoted was great, I had been quoted double for blinds, the shutters are amazing quality. They were fitted in 2 hours for 1 window, the person that fitted them was courteous and friendly. The shutters have completely changed the look of our living room! You do have to wait 12-14 weeks but it so worth it. We are now having another 2 windows done off the back of this. Paul's wife, Adriana, is also very professional and friendly with her emails. They truly pride themselves on customer service and has been evident all the way from the initial visit to completion. I would 110% recommend Louverly Shutters!

I am delighted with the shutters

Paul and Louverly Shutters have been great from my first message to the complete installation of our Shutters. Paul is very experienced and offered us some great advice when choosing our shutters, no pushy sales tactics. Measured, advised, priced up competitively and left it to me to decide. Once we had decided to go ahead we were given realistic timescales on delivery and installation, both of these were met. Day of installation all went to plan and we are extremely happy with the end result. Thank you Paul and Louverly!

I cannot be positive enough about Louverly Shutters. I am absolutely thrilled with my shutters, (two large bay windows plus one small window) and I would not hesitate to recommend Paul to anyone wanting them installed. He is, without doubt, very skilled and experienced in the installation and is both professional and a perfectionist, keen to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
