I am a Pro subscriber, and my experience with Lovable has been a nightmare. My project was hit with a false flag, which immediately blocked my project, website and account. Crucially, this block also broke my ability to contact support; I could not send or receive any messages on the original account.

To fix this, I was forced to create and pay for a second Pro account just to access their customer service.

Despite paying twice, I have been trapped in an automated loop with an AI. There is zero human support. I have attempted to reach the team via Reddit and Discord with no response from anyone for over 10 days.

If you are building a real business, be aware that their automated filters can kill your website/business and lock you out of support simultaneously. I am demanding a full refund for both accounts and immediate reinstatement.

Their "Priority Support" is a complete myth.

Incredible platform!

I used Lovable to create a web app for my agency to handle all client operations, dashboarding, and many internal processes that we did on sheets, drive, slack, other software we built natively into our app.

If you follow the instructions well, screenshot all issues carefully you should be fine and it works very well.

Lovable is intelligent and it gets me making it easy to plan and build. I get the freedom to design at granular levels.

This platform has been a total disaster from day one. I’ve been trying to get my domain live for six months, and the support team is nowhere to be found. For the amount they charge for AI, you’d expect results, but I’ve seen nothing. Easily the worst service I’ve ever worked with—complete waste of time and money.

​I am extremely disappointed with Lovable's support. My domain has been stuck in "Pending" verification for over 5 days.
​Global DNS checkers show that my records are 100% correct (NS pointing to ns3.lovable.cloud and ns4.lovable.cloud), yet your backend system refuses to sync.
​After multiple emails, a support agent (Hugo) told me 24 hours ago that he was "connecting me with a teammate from the backend team," and since then, I have been completely ignored. No updates, no resolution, and my business is blocked.
​It is unacceptable to leave a user hanging for 5 days over a manual verification fix that takes minutes.

Status: Urgent/Critical blocker

Excellent tool. I have very weak technical skills. Just build a website and loveable guided me through github, cloudflare and a domain name company.

Currently my best app since it's so reliable, easy to work with and most of all it's so quick and very exact .Used it to create a website for my cake business and it turned out so perfect 👌

I am writing to formally notify you that your refusal to issue a refund for my subscription constitutes a breach of European Union consumer protection law.

As previously stated, this transaction falls under the Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU), which guarantees a 14-day withdrawal right for distance contracts. My cancellation request was made on the same day of purchase, well within this legal timeframe.

Your justification of “extensive usage” is not legally sufficient to deny a refund unless you can demonstrate that:

I provided explicit prior consent to the immediate performance of the service, and
I acknowledged that I would lose my right of withdrawal as a result.

Unless both conditions were clearly and verifiably met, your refusal is unlawful.

Failure to comply with EU consumer law may constitute an unfair commercial practice under the Unfair Commercial Practices Directive (2005/29/EC) and a violation of consumer contractual rights.

Accordingly, this letter serves as a formal notice before escalation.

If I do not receive confirmation of a full refund for the subscription within 5 working days, I will proceed with the following actions without further notice:

Filing a formal complaint with the European Consumer Centre (ECC-Net)
Submitting a case via the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) Platform
Reporting the matter to the Cyprus Consumer Protection Service
Initiating a chargeback through my payment provider on the grounds of non-compliance with statutory consumer rights
Pursuing further legal remedies where applicable

Please note that continued refusal may expose your company to regulatory scrutiny and potential enforcement action within the European Union.

This is my final attempt to resolve this matter amicably.

Great platform. Could not believe how painless. It was.

My experience with Lovable was incredible. I saw the ad online and got curious. My dream was to create an app. Lovable made it exactly as I envisioned. Furthermore, I was able to create and redesign the system. In fact, I accomplished my dream with Lovable. I highly recommend them!!!!

I used Lovable to build two working apps — a freelancer income tracker (FlowPeek) and a debt payoff tracker (Debt Escape).
I went from idea to a live product with payments in a really short time, which normally would’ve taken way longer.
What stood out was how easy it was to iterate — I could describe changes and see them implemented quickly without getting stuck in code.
If you’re trying to build something real (not just a prototype), this actually gets you there.

I’m honestly beyond frustrated with Loveable right now. I’ve spent a significant amount of money on their platform building my MMORPG project. Between the subscription fees and the constant credit top-ups, I’ve supported their platform far more than most casual users probably ever will.

Despite that, they decided to hound me over a £50 invoice as if I’ve been some kind of problem customer. The irony is unbelievable considering the amount I’ve already invested into their ecosystem.

What makes it worse is that my experience on the platform suddenly started getting worse around the same time. Parts of my game that were previously working began breaking for no apparent reason. Systems that shouldn’t have been touched started behaving differently. Whether it’s intentional or just negligence behind the scenes, the result is the same: my project suffers.

When you’re building something as complex as an MMORPG, stability and trust in the platform you’re using are absolutely critical. Instead, I’ve had to deal with unexpected changes, broken functionality, and constant interruptions while trying to develop my game.

It honestly feels like the only thing that matters to them is getting paid, not the people building real projects on their platform. Once they’ve got your money, the level of care for your experience seems to drop dramatically.

Because of this experience, I’ve decided that I will be moving my entire project to my own server and infrastructure where I have full control over the environment and stability of my game. At least then I won’t have to worry about unexplained changes or issues happening behind the scenes that affect months of work.

A company charging what they charge should be supporting developers and protecting their work, not creating additional obstacles. At the moment, my experience has been the exact opposite.

Lovable is great product with everything you need in one place. Lovable has helped me build my budget comparison app (Basketbuddy) for families in Australia. Lovable not only builds the frontend but also the backend. I encourage you if you have an app idea go to lovable. I recommend anyone who wants to create a website or build an app lovable has it all.

Exactly following according to prompt, renewing credits each day is the best part, better than Replit or Base 44 for me

There was an accidential billing of my account spuring from a hackathon i was in and how i'd signed up. Reached out to the support team, by the time I next checked my email the issue had already been resolved and my refund on the way. Have had lengthy back and forths with companies over refunds in the past, glad Lovable wasn't like this.

I cannot stress enough how much I love Lovable. I understand why you gave it that name. I am a very non technical person and I created a beautiful platform front and back end for my business, that I really feel proud of. Easy to use, clear in understanding and very friendly user interface.

I started gradually developing a system to help my team with daily data collection. Initially, I was a little apprehensive about whether I could do the work, as I'd never had any contact with a programming environment. But developing with Lovabel is very simple; the AI ​​interprets the texts like a layperson would. You don't need to know a programming language; you just need to say what you want, and the AI ​​does it. Sometimes we need to make some functionality adjustments or adjustments between the text interpretation and what you actually imagine. But it's all very easy to do. I'm very happy with my first project, which will still take some time to complete. But I'm thinking about more possibilities next.
