So far terrible.
Placed my first order on Sunday evening on the website courier price and cost of beer all listed so decided to place the order, Tuesday received an e mail saying they are hopeful I'll get my order to me but they are having trouble with couriers due to pricing issues. In my opinion not my issue but the MD seems to think it is. As yet it's 15.15 on a Thursday and I have no idea if I'm getting my order tomorrow. The MD I'm sure will be on here saying it's everyone else's fault. Key thing in business keep the customer happy especially when it's a brand new one. Hopefully I can update my review if my order turns up tomorrow however I think I'll be shocked.

Excellent service. Really good communication prior to the event and competitively priced with huge range of beers to choose from. Delivered and collected on the timings promised with tracker so that we could make sure we were on site for the delivery. Would definitely use again

Sent keg to wrong address
Not one to leave bad reviews but they sent the keg to the wrong address. Never got resolved. £150 out of pocket and a lot of upset customers due to not being able to put on their favourite beer. Certainly won’t be using them again.
Update -Love beer came to a resolution and resolved this quickly. Wouldn’t think twice about using them again.

I recently used Love Beer Bars for a garden party, and I couldn't be happier with their service and beer. It was all set up perfectly - especially considering I only had trestle tables to clamp the tap into - and there was an answer to every question. As you can imagine, having a keg at home for the first time can seem daunting but they do a great job of keeping things calm and stress-free.
I also really liked the tracking system (like Uber) where you can see where they are for delivery and collection. Value, and knowledge wise, they are far above their competition - I got a few quotes beforehand and what they were saying didn't really fill me with confidence - and they were more expensive!
Great service, decent prices, and a team that genuinely cares—what more could you ask for? Highly recommended and will definitely be using Love Beer again for future events.

I couldn’t have asked for more. From start to finish the whole service and product was flawless.
We used Love Beer for our wedding and used 2 large kegs of larger (although our guests could have drank at least 1 more).
This worked out very cost effective and our guests loved the extra touch of draft larger.
The installation was very efficient and the instructions given were clear and easy to follow.
We will most definitely be using Love Beer in the future, and I will certainly recommend them to any friends or family wanting to elevate their next event!

Amazing service, poor website
Amazing service, the equipment and kegs are spot on and arrive in good time.
However the delivery fee is quite high and the website definitely needs re-engineering to be more mobile, desktop and user friendly.

I was a complete novice with my home bar and these guys have been excellent. I've had a few problems with my set up and Charles has gave me advice on how to sort the issues. I've set this up myself and only brought the kegs from them so they didn't have to spend the time helping me but they did. Customer service from this company is brilliant from Charles to the delivery I really can't rate these guys anough. This is how you should run a business. Focused on customer service and not just about taking your money.
