I feel in good hands...
I went to these guys knowing nothing about beer dispensing. I wanted to set up a home bar, and originally wanted to purchase a kegerator. After calling them and speaking to Rob, he advised me on the best possible solution (a lindr machine in the end), I was extremely happy with the end product. Rob (the new owner) especially is very knowledgeable and clearly cares about his customers. The aftercare has been outstanding (literally video calls on WhatsApp of him talking me through making everything work). Great company, genuinely care, if you are setting up a home bar and want a proper bad boy set up, talk to rob, let him design it for you and trust the process. Great company and staff. Couldn't ask for anything more.

Shocking customer service.
I ordered two different types of cooler for a wedding function from Love Beer. A series of confusing updates from DPD as they had sent my order in multiple deliveries. I assumed once the deliveries were made everything was there , not the case as we found out on the wedding day. One of the coolers had gone missing in transit which almost ruined the reception but thanks to the catered we managed . Initially the contact around the non arrival was good and very apologetic.trying to locate the cooler via DPD . Since then absolutely no contact. So they took money for something they didn’t provide almost ruined the wedding reception and the totally blanked me since. Your choice but I won’t be using them again!

It appears that UPS unfortunately lost one of the units during delivery. While we always aim to ensure that all items arrive in good time, we do rely on customers to notify us as soon as deliveries are received so we can act swiftly if something is missing. In this case, it seems we weren't made aware of the missing item until the day of the wedding itself, which limited our ability to step in and resolve it in time.
That said, our communication should never have dropped off after our initial contact with you—and for that, we sincerely apologise. This is not the standard of service we aim to deliver, and we are currently investigating what went wrong on our side.

Wrong keg sent & poor customer service
Ordered a keg and waited patiently but the delivery never came.
Emailed them and initially very apologetic, they said it was a technical issue and all on them.
The lady was nice enough to arrange next day delivery & offer a discount the next time I order.
Next was the keg was supposed to be a G type but not fitting my coupler, I emailed again with a picture of the keg and the coupler asking if it was possible that a mistake has been made. But nothing back in response, I got some advice and had to buy another coupler ( S type ).
The keg is now operating thankfully

A Great Find and Friendly Customer Service
We had a family party coming up and after recently becoming aware of love-beer, we decided to buy a couple of kegs and hire a lindr machine. The prices for what we wanted were very reasonable (and the cheapest we could find between love-beer and a few other sites we looked at).
I must confess I had no clue how to hook up the keg to the lindr machine but I called and Rob walked me through what ended up being an incredibly simple process (essentially a twist and a click and it was done). Highly recommended!

Sceptical reading a review and lack of email to confirm order/shipping but a quick email confirmed the order was received and delivery arrived as expected and with 3 months best before date so was as fresh as possible like advertised. Website is poor but thats under review and this could become a firm favourite

Great service, wide selection of brilliant beers
I ordered from love-beer recently for the first time after seeing the massive selection of beer kegs the had available.
After placing my order I found some of the reviews below and was a little concerned however there was no need.
I contacted them via email and phone and they got back to me straight away.
My keg of Paulaner was delivered very quickly and I can’t wait to try it.
I will be using them a lot in the future.

Very 50:50, Service has been good previously. Last time I tried to order I had a question and it is Impossible to contact them. Phone, awnsered but no follow up call in response to my question. Tried to email and message on facebook and haven't heard anything for 6 weeks now! Defo needs adressing as they are promising as a Supplier for my business but unusable if the contact stays like this!

Scammer, beware
While claiming he has refunded people, he has not. He said we would be refunded last month yet it hasn't happened. He claimed weeks ago the payment was held back by his payment processor which is a lie as others have pointed out.
This is a dead business scamming people. Looking at companies House, it's a scam.
Edit as of 13/01/2025:
They are now claiming to be under new ownership yet the only director listed on companies House is the scammer. My CC company has already processed the chargrback so I have my money back. I heavily advise against doing business with this company. It's a scam.
It also appears that they are also posting fake reviews for themselves

Have worked with Charles and Love Beer for a while for our home bar. Sadly due to personal experiences they had to stop service for a time when I’d placed an order which couldn’t be fulfilled. Charles didn’t forget about me and, though it took some weeks, he ensured we received our refund and has been working to get us reorganized for future service. Thanks for the honesty and work.
