A great experience
A great experience. The crew, Conner and Martin, arrived on time and were very pleasant and accommodating. It was a real struggle to get in place with the narrow staircase and low ceilings but they were real troopers and very professional.

Our experience with Love Your Home has been excellent. The team were super helpful throughout our entire journey and we absolutely love our new sofa and chair. Marc and Phil, who delivered our new pieces, called us when they were on their way and arrived on the dot. They were very efficient with the delivery and we really appreciated all of the follow up information they gave us on aftercare and how to get in touch if we need to. The entire process was a lovely…
The entire process was a lovely experience. From the showroom staff to the delivery. A lot of care and thought has been taken to provide the customer with a great experience.
Sofas were delivered wrapped in a protective bag. Delivery men wee very polite and friendly.

Craig and Mike delivered our sofa today…
Craig and Mike delivered our sofa today and were amazing throughout the whole process. They called ahead of the delivery to check all was okay and then made sure it was placed in the right position before unpacking and setting up the sofa with care. They made sure the sofa looked perfect, taking time to steam and brush it to perfection.
The sofa itself is perfect, so soft and the amazing quality you’d expect.
Wouldn’t hesitate to use this company again!

Excellent customer service from start to finish. The delivery team in particular, Craig and Mike were excellent as well as all communication leading up to it. It was also really helpful that they gave advice on the warranty and how to clean and look after the seating. Thank you.

Craig and Mike called me when they were 45 minutes away which was the most helpful thing…..no waiting around all day. They delivered everything all beautifully wrapped. Unwrapped it all and took the packaging away (!) and then made sure there was no fluff on anything. I am delighted with my 4 chairs and beautiful custom made ottoman. I would highly recommend this company from ordering through to delivery and hopefully beyond! Thank you!
