The whole experience has been exceptional - from the help I received from the sales team at The Chapel, similarly from the Customer Services Team regarding the delivery and the lovely Marc and Phill who delivered my items with such care. I am delighted with the quality and comfort of the products. A big thank you to all the team and I will not hesitate to come back to select new furniture for my sitting room

I bought an ex display item - 50% off !!
On the website I couldn’t see why the sofa had been reduced so much so asked for further information. I got a lovely speedy response from Gabriella including more photos.
A delivery date was arranged by telephone conversation with Sophie & a mutually convenient date was agreed. 4 days before the delivery date I was given a 2 hour window when delivery would happen.
The delivery guys Mark & Phill were great, I was contracted by telephone 30 minutes before with there ETA
Both were friendly, respectful, they worked great as a team. They also seemed proud to work for company and proud of sofas they delivery.
A really great service. Thank you
I also love the sofa, quality at a great price !

Visiting the showrooom was lovely and we had fabulous help and service from the team. The delivery team of Craig & Mike were also great - contacted us 20 minutes before arrival, friendly and gave our new sofa a steam before leaving. Would definitely buy another sofa from Love your home!

Lovely chair and excellent delivery
The chair we ordered is lovely and arrived quickly. The communication for delivery was impeccable. Craig and Mike called when they were 10 mins out and were incredibly friendly and helpful in setting it up where I would like it to be. They also explained how to care and maintain the chair. The delivery team (Craig & Mike) were super. Rang to confirm the time and managed to get a beautiful sofa and sturdy sofa bed into our cottage carefully and with expertise - even challenged with a spiral staircase. We bought another sofa from Love Your…
We bought our first sofa from Love Your Home approximately ten years ago, it looks as beautiful today as it did then. Today, we had another sofa and an armchair delivered.
Everything is so elegant and well made.
On top of that, the delivery went without a hitch, Craig and Mike were complete professionals, even offering fabric maintenance advice before they left!

Craig & Mike, delivered our sofa and foot stool today, kept us constantly updated with arrival time even when stuck in traffic for 15 mins.
