Marc + Phill did a great job getting the sofa in our flat, they were diligent very polite and also made sure the sofa was in the exact spot where it should be. They even ironed the entire sofa to make sure there were no creases!

Our experience has been truly excellent right from the start of our search for a new sofa. The show room we visited was The Barn at Godalming. Very helpful staff, who listened to our ideas on the style, size and material which made the whole process very easy. Great range of styles to choose from too. Special mention to Craig and Mike, our delivery gang. No hanging around all day awaiting delivery. We’d already been given the date for delivery by Sophie, the efficient logistics co-ordinator, and having had notification of the 2 hr window, we had a phone call from the dynamic duo 10 mins beforehand. Really pleasant guys who carefully brought in our sofa and even steamed the minor creases out of the material for us. Fantastic service, and with a smile 😊.

Wonderful company and products
Our chairs were delayed by a month so one star removed but otherwise our experience was brilliant. The showroom at Wandsworth is beautiful, the staff there were super helpful (even gave us details of the fab company that laid their beautiful carpet!!). Our delivery guys - Marc and Phill - were so quick and efficient it’s like our chairs arrived by magic and now look like they’ve always been here. Highly recommend.

A wonderful experience
I was buying for a slightly unique space and everybody at Love Your Home from beginning to end approached my choice and my purchase as if it was their problem to solve too. We sat together many times and to see whether we had thought of everything. When I had any doubts I was able to talk through it again which I really appreciated. The consistency of customer service continues all the way through to delivery, with Sophie making the process exciting and Craig and Connor delivering in such a professional and calm manner even when their journey had been awful that day. Love Your Home is a joyful experience and my sofa is beautiful.
