Why pitch with us... Opened in 2017, Love2Stay is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Affiliated Site on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, Shropshire. A touring site and 'glamping' village, set in 22 acres of landscaped grounds close to the England-Wales border, it boasts sleek, modern architecture and superb facilities. Just a short drive from the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Love2Stay has 122 fully-serviced pitches. Wi-Fi is available for all guests throughout the site and attractions include outdoor yoga, a Pilates studio, a gym and wellness centre, a coffee shop / Italian pizzeria, outdoor barbecues and cooking fire pits, jogging and walking paths and even barefoot trails. The Shropshire touring site also features a separate dog walking area, a wooden adventure playground for children, on-site fishing, a BIOTOP natural swimming pool with water garden and heated outdoor hot springs, splashpool with beach and sun terrace. Whilst you may rarely venture out after pitching up because of the broad range of activities and facilities available, the medieval county town of Shrewsbury offers historic landmarks and an impressive range of independent shops, cafés and restaurants to explore. Ironbridge, home to the magnificent structure that spans the River Severn and gives the town its name, is less than 13 miles away, while other nearby attractions include the National Trust’s Attingham Park and Wroxeter Roman Vineyard. Whether you want to exercise, spend valuable time with family and friends, explore the area or simply relax and get away from it all, Love2Stay is a state-of-the-art site to suit all tastes. With enhanced protocols and guaranteed cleanliness standards to ensure heightened health and safety measures for guests seeking peace of mind at Love2Stay.

We absolutely LOVE everything about…

We absolutely LOVE everything about Love2stay...but and it’s a huge but...THE FOOD...and drink.

For such a beautiful and massive investment the food is below average at best.

It’s a massive shame that each time we have visited over the last 3 years (8-10 times) they haven’t managed to get there food right...it’s cheap, basic, bought in, frustratingly below average.

Why not partner with a local independent in Shrewsbury to take over your kitchens and offer an all day fresh menu that offers the standard of food that represents the clientele that you attract...rent the space and at the same time offer brunch, fresh seasonal
Lunches and if you’re going to do street food visit Digbeth Dining Club or some other proper SF gig to get ideas.

As for the drinks...
Milkshakes
Cocktails
Gin & Tonic menu
Proper artisan coffee (that isn’t over roasted and bitter)

Just to reiterate service, venue, facilities, staff are all awesome...but please please please do something about the FOOD...and drinks.

Huge range of experiences

Huge range of experiences - very clean - lovely warm reception. Our pitch was very level and fully serviced. We were only there for a one night stopover but were so impressed we are planning to return for a much longer stay and have a go at everything.

Lovely stay, pristine

Wasn’t sure at first as it was all very new and regimented. However, it really grew on me. The pitches are brilliant with water and waste, the facilities amazing. The entertainment is great but not tacky. The only couple of downsides were the wifi was not very good considering the price and although the wash blocks were central, if you’re pitched up the top, it’s quite a walk especially for the loo! Also the waste/recycling was opposite reception at the bottom and that’s quite a distance to carry rubbish - you need to take it in the car. Otherwise is was fabulous and we had a lovely time so will return.

Great place to stay

This site certainly ticked all the boxes for me.
2 mature adults and a dog in a motorhome, the facilities are ultra modern, extremely clean and well kept.
Staff are helpful and friendly, great facilities for kids from what we viewed and they all seemed to be having fun, makes a change from being stuck behind and Xbox or iPad.
Bust stop directly outside the caravan sales leisure facility next door that takes you into Shrewsbury if you wish to do that.
The site at night was quiet considering it was full which means people were respecting one another which is good.
Will definitely return

The park is great

The park is great, good size pitches, clean & modern facilities, staff were great. A couple of things not so great....Theres nothing for toddlers to play on in the park, they really need to add some play equipment for younger children. Also there was only 1 activity for under 8- Woodland school, Campfire Cookery, so we booked our 2 boys in £8 each (!!) it was basically 20 minutes of toasting marshmallows on the campfire. £16 to toast marshmallows. We do that at home in the garden! Campfire cookery is a very adventurous title.
