Why pitch with us... Opened in 2017, Love2Stay is a Caravan and Motorhome Club Affiliated Site on the outskirts of Shrewsbury, Shropshire. A touring site and 'glamping' village, set in 22 acres of landscaped grounds close to the England-Wales border, it boasts sleek, modern architecture and superb facilities. Just a short drive from the Shropshire Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, Love2Stay has 122 fully-serviced pitches. Wi-Fi is available for all guests throughout the site and attractions include outdoor yoga, a Pilates studio, a gym and wellness centre, a coffee shop / Italian pizzeria, outdoor barbecues and cooking fire pits, jogging and walking paths and even barefoot trails. The Shropshire touring site also features a separate dog walking area, a wooden adventure playground for children, on-site fishing, a BIOTOP natural swimming pool with water garden and heated outdoor hot springs, splashpool with beach and sun terrace. Whilst you may rarely venture out after pitching up because of the broad range of activities and facilities available, the medieval county town of Shrewsbury offers historic landmarks and an impressive range of independent shops, cafés and restaurants to explore. Ironbridge, home to the magnificent structure that spans the River Severn and gives the town its name, is less than 13 miles away, while other nearby attractions include the National Trust’s Attingham Park and Wroxeter Roman Vineyard. Whether you want to exercise, spend valuable time with family and friends, explore the area or simply relax and get away from it all, Love2Stay is a state-of-the-art site to suit all tastes. With enhanced protocols and guaranteed cleanliness standards to ensure heightened health and safety measures for guests seeking peace of mind at Love2Stay.

Yet another lovely few days here…
Yet another lovely few days here excellent facilities .
Only 1 dislike that the toilet cassette machine was not working
Top quality site
This is a five star site. At this time of year it represents exceptional value. Our second visit and will not be our last. Liked the ability to chose our plot - very generous size and fully serviced. We found the staff to be excellent. Facilities excellent. Cafe area is lovely - perhaps our only criticism would be that the menu could be improved.
Entertainment poor …
The site was clean & well maintained as were all amenities. My only concern was the entertainment. We paid £10 per person for Saturday night entertainment which only lasted just over 2 hours with the breaks included & it was clear there people in there for the same entertainment who hadn’t paid. There was no one even checking it was just a free for all. We have requested a refund & are still waiting to hear.
Also i found reception staff & staff around site extremely rude & unhelpful.
Late summer break.
Excellent site, friendly and helpful staff, facilities are top class and the shower block and toilets were immaculate all the time,
Bio pool looked amazing but never used it as it was a bit too cold for us, maybe in the height of summer we might get in it,very dog friendly site, our dog really enjoyed her facilities and has already expressed a wish to return, we will definitely be back,
Very impressive site staff excellent…
Very impressive site staff excellent very polite and helpful.A really peaceful site.Only one gripe a long walk to dispose of any rubbish.
Can not wait to try there again.
Very happy
Very happy. This is our third time there now
And we loved it
I should remember I can book a pitch before we go when booking
Really enjoyed my first stay here so…
Really enjoyed my first stay here so much we booked for longer next year. 😃There is nothing this site doesn’t supply on your pitch. Fully serviced and some. 👍🏻The pitches are nice and spacious, room enough for caravan, car and awning. All divided by a small hedge both sides. The rest of the facilities on site are top notch albeit we didn’t use much (forgot swimwear 🤨)but we still enjoyed it. The kids used the assault course with one of the adults but I did think £10 was a bit steep for 45 minutes. A larger family would be skint in no time. We went on the 24th September till the 26th September for the weekend. Noise was at a minimum and nothing was heard after 10pm carnt complain about that. Early morning I was woken at 7am by a couple of excited dogs going for the early walk but soon nodded back off. Then kids playing on the field at 8-30am sort of disturbed me from my slumber once again. No problem time for a brew and watch the sun rise and take in the views in the distance. Whilst we as there as a group we used the pizza oven and bbq shed. Apart from the oven not being pre-lit as promised the whole experience was very enjoyable the oven didn’t take long to warm up and soon we where eating home made pizza freshly cooked be ourselves. Everything was supplied, wood to burn and utensils to use for the bbq and the oven. After eating we sat out by the fire pit which is in the middle of the cooking sheds. Plenty of wood was supplied yet again. Lovely evening spent with friends and new ones made. Check in and out was effortless and entry and reception very spacious. We paid a visit to salop leisure and had a mooch but as with all caravan shops I found it to be too expensive. Plenty to look at though including what was left of the caravans and Motorhomes for sale. Overall we enjoyed ourselves as we mostly always do. We had a chilled weekend whilst others enjoyed the activities available. Roll on next year. So that’s a yes from me 👍🏻
A great place
Had an amazing 3 nights at “Love to Stay” on our way to Wales in our motor home. The staff are lovely, really helpful and friendly and the site is immaculate. The toilet/ shower block is one of the nicest I have seen in 13 years of touring. We didn’t get the chance to try the natural swimming pool or paddle boarding on the lake, but we will definitely be back for that in the future. Very handy having the bus stop outside the site to visit Ironbridge or Shrewsbury.
Love this place
Love this place, I came when they first opened 4yrs ago and it has changed alot. It wasn't complete 1st time round. The staff are great, toilet blocks clean. The only thing I can fault is not with love2stay just few people staying there letting kids hog the hot tubs & some not cleaning up after dogs. I took my 2 digs & cleaned up every time. Hope to go back soon
Absolutely gorgeous
Absolutely gorgeous! We stayed 3 nights in a safari lodge, wow!! it was stunning. Very warm and comfortable with everything you need provided. The lodges are well spaced out with plenty of privacy.
The communal areas are lovely, with plenty of space and gorgeous landscaped gardens. The staff were polite and helpful and we will definitely book again.
Excellent site
Excellent site, amenities first class, site very clean and tidy, staff very polite and helpful, online booking facility very good, enables you to choose your pitch
This is a family oriented site

Just got home after a 10 night stay
Just got home after a 10 night stay. We’ve been staying every year since it opened, and love it!!
COVID made using the pool areas a little more tricky, but this has now been relaxed and can use freely.
Highly recommend :0)
So Disappointed And Left Early
Left 2 stars and this is only because of the shower and toilet facilities which are amazing and very clean.
I have just got back home after ending our stay 1 day earlier because i couldn’t cope with issues we experienced every day.
Staff - Very rude and couldn’t care attitude at the reception. Every issue raise felt as if everything was too much hassle. General Manager was the only one who did attempt to help but constant issues was simply too much for something we paid so much for hoping of a nice relaxing holiday.
WiFi- Premium Wifi didnt work and still waiting for our £10 refund. Basic WiFi was shocking and ended up using my mobile phone data.
Biggest issue of all was their ridiculous booking system for the free activites that meant you had to log into your account every morning at 0800 to book 45 minute timeslots. This has to be one of the worst systems ive ever used. Very slow and if you didn’t log on for 0800 you ran the risk of no activities. So many people ignoring the booking slots and simply just turning up with either the wrong bands or no bands at all. Not policed at all and no surprise this has been suspended for this weekend but too late for us. This was announced just after 0800 this morning. Too many children having a free for all in the 3 jacuzzis, suppose to be a limit of 5 people and only from your household bubble but yesterday all three were full of kids and one actually had 8 inside it, despite people queuing for them the kids just ignored them and continued to sit in there for an excess time.
We was told by the manager the reason for this booking system was due to Shrewsbury Council placing covid restrictions on the place. However, reception told us it was due to a poll conducted amongst the guests – another example of who is right and who is lying.
I heard so many good things about this site and gutted our experience has been like this. Every day we raised our issues but simply had enough. For the cost of staying it simply isn’t good enough and plenty of sites offering more for less.
We have stayed here multiple times now…
We have stayed here multiple times now and every single time we have an amazing time! The staff on reception will do there upmost to help with anything you need no matter how busy they are! The place is so clean and tidy no matter how busy it is, this is just my happy place 😊
We recently stayed at Love 2 Stay and…
We recently stayed at Love 2 Stay and had a great time. Unfortunately the weather wasn’t the best but didn’t stop us from enjoying ourselves.
The activity set up was great, with fabulous and friendly instructors such as Ollie, Will & the Gareth Bale look a like! The catering staff were also extremely friendly and helpful.
I had an amazing massage with Lucy in the spa and would highly recommend a treatment.
The only criticism I have is the bar/restaurant. The menu could be better and offer a wider variety in food and drinks choices, also to open later and offer evening entertainment.
Definitely would make a return trip if we were that way.
Booked for 2 nights but couldn't wait…
Booked for 2 nights but couldn't wait to leave. When we booked there was no mention of a food / music festival on the Love2stay grounds on the events section of their website. We were only informed of it via email 2 days prior to our arrival. We did consider cancelling but at such short notice couldn't find any availability locally. So on the Saturday from around 11am until 9pm the site had to endure extremely loud music whether you like it our not. We did take a wonder down to the dog walking area only 2 drunken females urinating there (classy)
Love2stay is one of the more expensive sites to stay on but I really can't see how this is justified. Yes the touring pitches are a generous size and the toilet facilities were lovely and there are several activities you can do during your stay however when at full capacity it's quite apparent there isn't enough availability.
Now for the bad bits!
Although it quite clearly states in the welcome pack to stick to the main roads on site and not walk across pitches we found we were continually being invaded by a packs of kids and sometimes their parents who thought it wasn't any problem.
Again there are signs dotted around the sites stating that no electricity scooters areti be used, the place is akin to the wacky racers. All great fun until someone gets knocked over. The dog walk is around a 4 minute walk from the touring pitches so you'll find dogs through no fault of their own will do their business way before they get there usually on someone's pitch or on the road. luckily "most" owner's pick it up however when they do they'll find the majority of the dog waste bins overflowing. All the hand sanitising dispensers are empty as if Love2stay have given up on covid and personal hygiene completely.
It is safe to say we won't be returning.
Very family orientated
Very family orientated, good for children who are all over. Little to do for adults, no restaurant/pub. - there is a cafe which has limited opening times and limited fayre. Excellent pitches. Well maintained and clean facilities and site. very little lighting along the roads, so a bit dark at night.
Brillant resort
Brillant resort, stay 4 days.
