It's a good company, but right now, I don't want to have any membership as I'm struggling, hopefully Declan will surely help me to process the refund as soon as possible.

The representative was understanding and even if their shop was not at fault he still considered helping me.

Lizzy was good to help me issue my refund. I have received an email confirmation so I hope I receive my money within 7 days as she promised.

They want you to pay a small amount to receive a surprise box. But the order is a activation of a membership.
When you cancel the membership on their website they send you a mail saying that they normally won‘t refund the money but will do it this time if you give them 4 or 5 stars on trudtpilot and send them a screenshot.
Please don‘t follow this mail and contact your bank to get back your money!

If no stars was an option, that's what they deserve. THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
They ran a promo on Facebook allegedly by ‘MANGO’ retailer, that you pay €6.95 to receive a surprise box of old season lines, based on your clothes size after you answer a few questions. Your order is in fact a membership/subscription that you did not enter/consent to - based off the details you entered for delivery on the order, cost €48 a month (the highest type - GOLD), and they start charging you x3 days into that membership.
Immediately spotted these red flags after paying and reading small prints in the email sent as confirmation, and challenging them through their chat line, they say they cancelled the membership but omit to refund the payment.

REPORT TO YOUR BANK IMMEDIATELY TO EITHER STOP OR REFUND THE PAYMENT BASED ON BEING SCAMMED!!
They are scammers and you will never receive the order.

They kept insisting I signed up for a membership and that I email their ‘manager’ who will deal with my issue. This I refused whenever mentioned and demanded my refund immediately whilst on the chat.

I reported them to my bank immediately and they refunded my money.

They are listed as scammers both online, via bank and PayPal.
