They asked me to change or delete my comment so they could issue the refund.
Their advertising is misleading—be careful: they automatically charged my card €25 (which is four times the price in my country) for a subscription. When they tried to resolve the issue, they only offered a partial refund (half the amount). I accepted, thinking I hadn't been intentionally misled by their ads, but I was later informed that my order was being cancelled because the item was out of stock. Now, when I log back in, the supposed credit is less than a quarter of the original amount. It’s terrible service; they are scammers. They’ve been stalling me on this matter for far too long.

Su publicidad es engañosa; tengan cuidado: me cobraron automáticamente 25 € (en mi país vale 4 veces) en la tarjeta por una suscripción. Cuando intentaron solucionar el problema, solo me ofrecieron un reembolso parcial (la mitad del importe). Acepté pensando que no me habían engañado a propósito con sus anuncios, pero más tarde me informaron de que mi pedido se cancelaba porque el artículo estaba agotado". Ahora, al volver a iniciar sesión, el supuesto crédito es inferior a una cuarta parte de la cantidad original. Es un trato pésimo; son unos estafadores. Llevan demasiado tiempo dándome largas con este asunto.

A scam site/shop, avoid at all cost.

Time ago I mistakenly clicked on an announcement on Facebook about a promotion for a discounted PS5 to win if i went on their site, and i immediately found myself signed up to this site/shop in Cyprus or whatever its located, that had nothing to do with a PS5 at all.

My account was chained to a paid "monthly subscription" that kept growing in cost as the time passed. They unilaterally kept taking money from my card despite i contacted them privately many times to stop doing so. When i thought that i finally managed to halt and cancel the subscription, "weirdly" and "conveniently" the subscription was going to end months later and not immediately. And in the meantime they kept stealing more and more money from the card.

At that point i contacted my bank explaining that i was getting scammed from an online shop in Cyprus and they decided to trash that card and close that account. The sum they stole was relatively small like 20 euro (thank god i immediately realized what was going on) and the small sum wasnt worth the trouble of going to the police and denounce the fact.

Time later they contacted me via email threating me to give me the refund at the only condition that i had to write a good review about them here on TrustPilot. And if they liked my review, they would start the refunding procedure few days after that.

This website is a SCAM. I went on a competition to win a Pandora advent calendar, after I answered the 4 questions I was told I had won and was prompted to add my email, address and payment of £2 for postage. The money had left my account and shortly after I received an email from this website. I clicked on the 24/7 chat service that they provide, after I had a long conversation with 2 people from the company I was told they offer know such things and they claimed to have received no payment of any kind. I had sent them pictures as I had taken screenshots of all the questions, after showing my proof of payment and the prompts and promises the persons I was talking with had started to turn nasty. They then sent me an email claiming to have closed my account and cancelled my subscription (which I never signed up to) now I can’t find the website and the link on the email that they sent brings me to nothing
