Edit to add: Tom has been very honest and now rectified this issue and I appreciate the sincere response. This would not stop me from purchasing from the company again in the future as it’s clear that this has been a one-off oversight during a busy period for the business. Thank you very much Tom :)

I bought a swaddle from their website which said in stock and ready to ship, and the email said this would be dispatched next working day. After 3 days I emailed to check that this was in fact not a made to order item and that it would arrive in time for my holiday in a couple of weeks. I had an email reply a couple of days later to say they didn’t actually have the swaddle in stock and could offer me another swaddle or refund me and I replied straight away but now two days later I’ve still not had a reply and I’ve not had a refund either. Frustrating considering I’d stated I wanted it for a holiday which is soon and I might have taken them up on their offer of a swap. Also a bit frustrated that I had to get in contact to find out they didn’t even have it and I wasn’t contacted first. £40 is a lot for a muslin swaddle so I’m quite disappointed as the print is gorgeous and the brand is clearly lovely but the customer service hasn’t been brilliant for a mistake that isn’t mine.

We come back to Lovebee time and time again. The quality is incredible and the designs in each collection are beautifully thought out. We always get comments on the clothes when our children wear them.

Incredible service from start to finish with the most beautiful handmade clothes!

Over the last few years I have always ordered for friends who have had babies a beautiful outfit from Lovebeebaby; whilst always secretly longing to be able to dress my own little one in the clothes too. Well, after 8yrs of trying & IVF, I am finally able to dress my sweet boy in these lovely clothes.
They are so soft and the prints are wonderful, I love the rompers and actually really like that they don't have poppers on the bottom.
He is 18months old now and has quite the collection, I always get compliments from other parents on his clothing and happily share where they're from.

Fantastic, as always, communication regarding the quilt - helpful, friendly approach.
When the quilt arrived, it was beautifully presented and packaged. I opened the parcel with my son (just turned 5) and he said (recognising the LoveBee logo) "wow, is this from the clever lady who makes my clothes?"
And I have you agree - you are all wonderful, clever people who make the BEST clothes. The quilt is perfectly beautiful and I can't wait to spend Sunday afternoons snuggled under it with my family.
