I booked for the 80s vs 90s bottomless brunch to celebrate two of our friends’ birthdays as on TikTok the place looked amazing but we had such a bad time.

We were sat in the corner, could not see sight of a DJ, and the jugs were extremely watered down. I’m not even exaggerating as one of us probably personally had 3 cocktail jugs in close succession and was as sober as anything. I’ve seen in a couple of other replies they state it’s “in line with UK licensing measures” but the amount of dilution in a drink is typically decided by the bar/restaurant based on their own policies, rather than being dictated by the licensing laws. It really was like juice- not a reasonable quality for the price whatsoever. We chatted with various other guests from other tables and they thought the same.

We actually even left early because the more we drank we actually sobered up and the girls weren’t having a good time there. We expressed our concern about the watering down of the drinks to the staff and the server said they couldn’t do anything about it as they didn’t personally make it? In other words we were brushed off.

For the experience and the drinks it was so expensive- and we didn’t even stay the full 2 hours. Overall extremely disappointing and it’s a shame we celebrated birthdays there.

I was very disappointed with this place from the very start when we arrived. I booked this brunch for my 21st birthday as I had come across it on tiktok. It looked like a lovely place for my birthday to spend with my friends. Unfortunately most of us haven’t been to London before so we didn’t realise how bad traffic was going to be. We set off 30 minutes before the brunch was meant to start but we arrived about 20 minutes late due to trying to get an uber and the traffic. I did let the restaurant know beforehand we was going to be late which they said it wasn’t a problem. But when we arrived it was a very cold reception and all the staff looked very angry at us and just pointed to our table and didn’t say a word. We was sat down for a good 10 minutes before they came to serve us and before they served us they made us pay the bill before we had even eaten or got a drink! Which was very bizarre to me as they get you to pay an expensive service charge and if they got us to pay after brunch there would be no way I would have paid it.
They eventually took our order of drinks and gave us our food which I can’t fault the food because it was lovely but they had made a mistake with one of my friends orders and at first refused to give her the food she had ordered. They tried to accuse one of us for already eating it when we all had our own food. But after making a complaint to the manager they soon gave my friend her food.
After this had happened we saw the staff all chatting at the bar and looking at us which made us comfortable when it was their fault they messed up the order. It was highly unprofessional and very rude as the brunch wasn’t cheap neither. They didn’t explain the rules of the brunch or welcome us very well. The whole time we was at the brunch we got 3 drinks each as the service was so slow. The night got better later on when we had a dance and the dj was playing music but that was due to me and my friends making it a good night. As this was for my 21st birthday I am so disappointed and extremely regret booking this brunch, they ruined the start to my night when I had been looking forward to this night for months.

Such a great brunch. 9 of us went for a birthday and we all had such an amazing time. Will definitely go back again.

The best brunch I have been to such a good vibe always someone around to give u a drink of course ! And will 100% be back also definitely stay for the after party hehe x

I did two butler jobs at that venue and I have to say the staff and the atmosphere was absolutely amazing , from top to bottom so I’ll recommend anyone to get up there and try it

Hands down the best brunch I have attended. They had the best performers, the best get up and dance music and the best food. You will not regret attending this brunch it’s worth every penny!
Can’t wait to attend our next event with lovebrunch!

I’ve been to many brunches but love brunch was by far the best brunch I’ve ever been too. Went to a magic Mike ladies night event. Outstanding company with my girls. You had a butler in the buff with a big juicy bum mingling with all groups over the course of the whole event. You had a fireman stripper and you had a police man stripper both of which were using props. At least one to pick your fancy wether you like white chocolate, caramilk or even dark chocolate. I did see more than I bargained for 🍆 but made it all more exciting. The stripper come out at different times so you got two shows in the one event. The drag queen queen was so talented had us all singing wish we see her more. Dj was good a nice variety of songs from classic to current. We had a 2 course meal some had a pretty side salad. Everyone within my group enjoyed all the food. There was plenty of waiters always going round the tables to add another pitcher to the table. We did also add shots to the table Were 4/5 shots to choose from 4 for £12 not a bad price. Not enough toilets for a room full of girls drinking alcohol. I loved the decor within the brunch.. hands down the best brunch I’ve been too, I will be rebooking more events. Thank you for having us love brunch!
