Been to love brunch a few times and they never ever disappoint! Amazing experience every time, lovely food, good music & always good vibe

Was my first night out since becoming a Mum & lovebrunch did not fail! Great music, great food, drinks were quick which meant never had an empty cup! Was given complimentary bottle of Cava for my birthday too

I had the WORST time here. We were sat right on the edge of the pub garden looking 'terrace' when there was plenty of space inside the 'terrace'. The food was mediocre at best. The staff were the rudest people I have EVER encountered, we asked for a new drink as the cocktail served was putrid and the waiter intimidated us saying we must drink it to replace it, when we said we had only poured one glass,he got the manager who was happy to bring us something new. This however took 15 minutes to arrive and we did ask where it was twice. Then we weren't given glasses until we had to ask another 5 mins later, so thats 20 minutes of our 'bottomless' gone. The attitude of the staff was so bad I have no words and we were perfectly polite, I don't like drama or confrontation. At the end of the brunch we asked someone behind the bar to speak with a manager and the barman threw his hands up at us and said "what do you want to say? You can say it to me" which was really scary to be honest. We did speak to a manager who offered us a free drink. Also we were made to pay before hand and made to pay a high service charge, I WOULD NOT have paid full price for that shambles had I known. Never been so disgusted and disappointed. Before anyone asks if I was drunk, I was not because I'd had hardly anything to drink due to waiting!

Staff are really good, drinks are really nice and not watered down, music was good our DJ was taking requests which was good, vibe is really good, food was lovely good portion size. Only thing was we got our first jugs 12 mins into our brunch and 10 mins before it finishing they tried to refuse until we said we didn’t get our first drink until 12 mins past and then they allowed us our last 2 jugs overall such a lovely night 100% going back xx

I went on the Juilbie weekend it was a bit closed off was expecting more decor for that weekend other then that it was ok

Had the best day /night! Defiantly the best brunch vibes I’ve ever been too. Me and the Girls had the best time and will deffo be coming again!

The DJ had everyone up and dancing from the get-go and Lisa Mafia killed it with the old school tunes!
The food was delish, as usual. Was especially pleased with the amount of cheese on the nachos!🤣

Went to Twins at Bexleyheath for a drag show and strippers. What a brilliant day. Had great fun!! Also went to see Dj Ironic at Northpole at Greenwich. The place is amazing!! The food was well presented and tasted delicious as did the free cocktails!! Get yourselves to a lovebrunch. You won't be disappointed x

We was told to arrive dead at 5pm which we did as that when the brunch started. we didn't get our first drink till 5:45pm to be told the brunch stopped at 6:30pm and could not have anymore drink. Staff member was called to be told we can have 1 jug for a table of 7 people and that's it. Such a shame as the food and music was good.
As response to below :no drinks where made up front and I was even asked to pay the bill up front before iv had anything which I did question. We had eaten and still no drink.

the service was pretty slow. and was only allowed one hour not even the full 90 mins

The drinks were very watered down & wasnt a lot of garage/club anthems getting played at the brunch

Went here for my birthday, absolutely loved the food it was so good. The drinks were really nice too different cocktails then last time and they were just amazing. The dj played lots of good music and everyone danced the night away. Will deffo be going back !!

I couldn’t recommend a better brunch to go to than love brunch itself! Billy and his team are amazing and extremely accommodating. I held my sister in laws hen do here and it was just amazing! I am very grateful and of course will be back!

Could not reccomend a better brunch food is out of this world and drink selection amazing staff so friendly brilliant themes will definitely book again 100% reccomend

We booked this brunch for a hen party of around 20 people. We arrived at the venue 10 minutes before the brunch was due to start to find that out table hadn’t even been set. The staff was still clearing up and putting the tables together. We were able to enter the restaurant and find out seats at 3pm. By the time all of our party was sat down we waited around 15 minutes for our first round of drinks. Before all drinks had arrived to the table the waiter come round requesting payment for the brunch, a member of our party queried the amount we were paying as it was more than we expected to pay. The waiter then said that we were paying almost £10pp for service charge which wasn’t optional as some of the party had already started paying it. The waiter become very rude and left us no option but to make payment. Once payment had been made by everyone it come to light that we was actually being charged for a 3 course brunch rather than the 2 courses we had booked. We then all had to be refunded back to our cards for the over payment, receiving no apology from the waiter demanding the payment. I have to say the manger (I believe) was very helpful and arranged the refund straight away however this took time off our brunch.

Starters arrived and everything was fine. We then all received our main course but one (pregnant lady) who received her meal when everyone else had almost finished theirs.

There was a couple of people not drinking due to pregnancy however still had to pay the same amount as everyone else drinking alcohol. Meaning the none drinkers had paid £50 for 2 courses and 1 coke. Which is very expensive.

By the time all the party had finished eating we were told that our brunch had finished and we now had to pay for drinks. Not taking into consideration that out brunch did not start on time which was no fault of our own. Again the same waiter was very rude when refusing us another drink. Our whole party during the whole brunch managed to only have either 1 bottle of Prosecco or one jug between 3 people which was not what you expect for a bottomless brunch.

I’m not one to write bad reviews however the whole experience was very disappointing and extremely over priced especially for those who wasn’t drinking. Food needed to be pre ordered however there was still problems.

Due to this experience it unlikely that I will be booking another Love Brunch and will find it hard to recommend to other.

Absolutely loved this event for my birthday! The venue, the people. Highly recommend booking with these. Communication was great, easy booking and good prices.
Will definitely be booking with them again 🙌🏼🙌🏼
