Beware, dropshipping front owned by immature, young owner
Beware, this site is a dropshipping hub for cheap crap that's available on Wish/Aliexpress for 10% of the price, and the website is owned by a young kid who has no idea how to handle a business. It's been 3 weeks of having a non-working tracking number. The support you'll receive is laughable as it's a generic copy and paste email that doesn't help you at all. I've started a dispute on PayPal (thank God I was smart enough to use PayPal) so I'll be getting my money back the hard way. AVOID AT A L L COSTS.

Not what I was expecting
Took over 2 weeks for delivery.
When the item came it was nothing like the picture. Was meant to look like a teddy but just looked like a squashed bunch of flowers. I ordered 40cm got 25cm, the arm fell off

Excellent customer service
Excellent customer service. In the last couple of months I have ordered 3 oversized hoodies. I recently ordered another one but asked if I could exchange it for a different colour. I received very swift and polite responses to my emails and they agreed immediately for me to exchange the item. I sent the hoodie back and my replacement has arrived. I can't fault the customer service or products, both are excellent!

When you pay but don't receive the product
Got told it would be with me in 5 working days so I emailed the support team with NO REPLY! Ontop of that when I use their tracker it says item unknown or not legit...shocking taking 40odd quid and not sending me stuff

Like others placed an order for Valentine's. Didn't receive it!
12/02/2021 Emailed support team to make a slight change to the order they replied 2 days later to give me answer without solution.
18/02/2021 Support team emailed me again offering me a further 15% discount but still no idea as to when I will receive items.
When I refused they instructed me one of the items have already been shipped from China! But I can cancel the other two!! Trading standards need to be involved here.
Very dodgy company you should avoid like the plague.
Lastly the run up to Valentine's Day they had annoying petals animation on their website found this to be very annoying.
I still don't know the outcome so I may edit this review to update everyone of the situation.

Awful Quality product
As per most of the reviews it would have been 0 .
Rose bear ordered 2nd Feb, arrived late .
Its cheap tat from China it has chinese packaging , packaged terribly . All flowers are squashed , some flowers falling off and looks nothing like the bear in the photo .
I'd love to upload photos to show how bad the quality is .

I don't know how this website is still live and not taken down as it is a clear scam. I wish I've checked the reviews before ordering.
My item is still showing as despatched and in transit since 02/02/21 but when going to the Royal Mail tracking website the provided number is not being recognised/showing as item not even collected from the supplier yet.
No reply to my personal emails nor to the message generated from PayPal claim I've made.
Website in appearance is very professional and makes you believe that all items/goods are located/come from UK.
Please do not waste your time and money and DO NOT order from them.
