So i read the reviews after i made the order and thought great. I got scammed reading through them. I ordered for valentines day and now my wife thinks i didnt bother. Was about to go through my bank for a charge back etc and the parcel arrived today. Little did i know that it would be coming from china. If i knew this i wouldnt of ordered from their in the first place. Thought they were a uk based company offering delivery from within the uk. It took around 9 days for a response to my email and only then did they tell me its been shipped from china. Terrible service

A company that offers to provide a service yet fails to carry it out. Like many others no acknowledgement, no response to multiple contacts. I get they may be working from home but needless to say this is an organisation that will not be used ever again. I will be biding my time to start the chargeback process.
Update from the 3rd of March... Cyrus from the business contacted me to see what they could do to change my review score, responded and more than a week later no acknowledgement or resolution to it so lovebyletterbox my score will not be changing, its in Transit but has been for some time and now they can't track it, joke of an organisation

Taken my money but no product has arrived .. 15 days since placing.
Ordered 15 days ago and not ONE SINGLE UPDATE, regarding my order my order status remains ‘order placed’. A complete and utter scam. Taking peoples money and not actually sending a product. Tried to contact via email and Instagram but, no response. Wish I had read these reviews before giving them my money. Why in this day and age do people still do this ? I didn’t want to write a review but when I done some checks I have decided to write a review, it’s a shame that in this country and 21st century a government allows to let a disgrace of a company fleece people from their hard earning cash, I have purchased an item for valentines still not received it but thankfully I used PayPal and now opened a case to get my money back I went on their Instagram and facebook pages and you cannot leave a comment so alarm started ringing and when I googled their reviews I seen this page which I feel stupid I used this scammers before checking their reviews and it is shame on some UK’s websites to advertise for them, like in my case it was advertised on shop app which lets you track ur orders when u purchase from companies, they should remove them because this a big scam and when I emailed them after long wait I got their reply it looked like it was written in another language and then used google or other translation sites for the text from the poor quality of the reply. AVOID AT ALL COSTS..!

Do not order from this website, it is scam, the link that they send to track the parcel It is from another scam website called GLOBAL CAINIAO, It is a non official website that scammers use to "prove" that the parcel has been shipped... but It is fake.

Worst place I’ve ever ordered from. 14 days later and still not received confirmation about my order. I then email them TWICE and request my refund but they don’t do this at all they leave me to wait and still today 24th feb 2021 no confirmation! Order was placed 28th January. Was promised delivery before Valentines day. Half of the products arrived before Valentines day with ridiculous manners of packaging that risked damaging the products themselves more than anything. Today is the 24th Feb, 10 days after valentiens day and the other half still hasn't arrived....I am shocked that a company can operate in this manner. Let's hope when the final couple of products turn up they aren't damaged/poor quality... Only time will tell if I will even recieve said products.

Ordered a rosebear for my girlfriend for valentines day on the 28th January, never heard anything about it being posted, and it has arrived today - 24th february, the rose bear is falling apart, there is brown and blonde hairs stuck in it, and I paid an extra 9 pound for a box that is bent and broken in more ways than you could even imagine, dont bother going near them

I didn’t trust the reviews at first
I didn’t trust the reviews at first as some are fake and some are negative.
I panicked and asked for a refund, however I was provided a Royal Mail tracking number and yes it took a while to receive however it’s arrived and I’m happy with it, I’m glad I gave a small business a chance.
Quality looks exactly like the photo and quality is 8/10.
