The Company Does Exist and I Got My Item But....
I ordered an item and to cut a long story short it took nearly a month to arrive. The reason is that these items, well at least mine came from Hong King. Now it would have been helpful if I knew this when ordering then at least it would have either managed my expectations in terms of delivery or given me a choice not to order and select someone who ships from the UK. So the company does exist, the delivery times are due to what I have mentioned above and the customer service is very poor. But I do have what I paid for (and my girlfriend loves it) and that’s probably the best I can say about this company.

Awful company absolute scam! All the negative reviews you read are correct and spot on! Whoever wrote the positive reviews clearly works with/for these frauds! Ordered on the 8th Feb, still no item, no response from customer services. Avoid at all costs. Bank have refunded my money...contact your bank and do the same if you have been scammed!

The 1 star I was forced to give was being very generous.
I ordered something for valentines day. To be fair it was 4 days before so I wasn't expecting it to arrive in time.
But almost 2 weeks later and after multiple e-mails which were ignored, I finally got a response to say there was a delay which is why it hadn't come out.
Well that would be fine, had I been told when I ordered it.
I asked to cancel and sent e-mails on 4 different occasions asking for confirmation that it had been cancelled. Each time being ignored.
Almost 3 weeks later I get a 1 line e-mail. which was...
" This has already been cancelled! "
Absolutely appalling customer service. Clearly had no intention of sending the item. If I hadn't of persisted there is no doubt in my mind that they would have kept my money and stayed quiet.
This company is a con and you should think twice before giving them the time of day!

Product arrived, really low quality, massive rip off for what it is with the incorrect message inside it. I have emailed them twice with no response to arrange a return. Awful customer service , would never purchase from them again.

My order was placed on the 3rd of febuary with the hope I would recieve it by the 14th, I contacted them when it had not shown and was told it was about to leave its country of orgin, strange as I was under the assumtion it was a uk based company. The order arrived on the 23rd of febuary.

You get 4 stars because of an awesome customer service rep got in contact with me called “Cyrus”, they gave me the professional customer service going above and beyond I have ever received before!

Good Customer Service
I ordered a digital clock for my room but changed my mind a while after ordering. I e-mailed lovebyletterbox and she got back to me straight away to let me know that my clock had already been shipped, but that it would be no problem for me to return it and to grant me a refund in full. I received my refund yesterday, so I am happy with the customer service. They were quick to reply and gave my money back so they did all I could expect of them.

When the box came it was torn at the base and broken meaning I couldn’t even use it for my bear. I was told it would take 2 weeks to come and it took 3 and a half weeks. Awful company, trying to get a part/full refund but they haven’t replied to my email!

My son ordered a rose bear for Valentine’s Day for his GF. The rose bear was two weeks late and arrived in a terrible condition. He paid £10 for a presentation box to put it in so that it looked nice for her. The box was torn and not in very good condition, the roses on the bear were all squashed up in places where falling off. Contacted the company but two weeks later still no reply. I have contacted them again but after reading the reviews I don’t expect a reply or a refund. This company needs reporting. Please don’t use and make the same mistake as my son did

Dodgy company, no correspondence, make sure to use PayPal
I ordered a bear roughly 3 weeks before valentines day as a gift for my girlfriend. About 2 weeks before, I checked the tracking info and it didn't give me any information so I messaged the company and I was informed that the bear was in transit and will be arriving in the UK 'any day now'. As it hadn't arrived a week before valentines, I emailed again asking if they had an update and received no reply, I sent 3 further emails throughout that week and still received no reply. Valentines came and went and the bear had not arrived. I then report them to PayPal as fraud and within 2 days got an email from love by letter box stating my 'previous emails were in their junk box and they will contact me later with further tracking information' this never came. About a week after valentines, the bear arrived at my door (but was not in good condition, the roses were bent and squashed out of shape)
I WOULD SUGGEST TO REPORT THEM TO PAYPAL TO GET ANY CONTACT FROM THEM, IF NOTHING ARRIVES PAYPAL SHOULD GIVE YOU A REUND. Make sure you keep your emails as proof!

20 year old Scam artist ...
So its clear the young kid has tried to make himself a business.. but has completely failed. I hope you are reading these reviews pal. I know your only twenty but you cannot be offering goods and delivering such poop service (or in my case not delivered at all) nor replied to my email so this is what you deserve.
I placed a order on 12th Feb and it still hasn't come, he sent me a tracking code which he claimed was with royal mail, them nor parcel force have any parcel from him. I have requested my refund and just no answer at all.
I urge anyone thinking of using this please DO NOT
