I bought this as a Mother’s Day gift and my mum loved it. My only issue is that it took 3 weeks to arrive rather than the stated amount of time when I ordered. Communication was poor but the product itself is very nice.

Long delivery times, but happy with purchase
The company could make it a bit clearer that it's international shipping, I ordered during Chinese New year so my parcel was delayed which meant it was late for valentines day. However the parcel did arrive within a month and although most reviews are poor, the actual product (oversized hoodie) was worth the price and the wait to be fair. If it was clearer that the shipping was international and delivery times will take longer than UK standard times, I would have given more stars.

8 weeks and still nothing!!!!! Avoid this company!!!!
My son purchased an item in January for a valentines gift for his girlfriend. He received the wrong item and emailed the company straight away. They tried to say that they had sent the right item and wanted photographic evidence which we sent to them before they admitted they were at fault and agreed that they would send us the correct item when we had returned the wrong item. We asked for a returns slip to cover costs but were told that we would be reimbursed when we had posted the item with proof of postage by a Hermes carrier. This was all done as requested. He then received an email to say that they could not guarantee that the correct item would be delivered by Valentine’s Day. It is now March 28th ( over 8 weeks since the order was placed) and he still has not received the item nor has he received a refund for the item and for return. He has emailed the company several times now and has had no response whatsoever!!!
Avoid this company, they are quick enough to take your money but you won’t get what you paid for! We have now contacted trading standards to seek advice!!!!

During Valentine's season, we've had some unfortunate circumstances with the production team and with our third-party courier. I have gotten in touch with one of our customer support team and was informed your order has been delivered today, March 25th.
Our current average delivery time for typical orders is 6-18 days which we politely state on our website, you can locate this across product pages and find all the details in the shipping policy.
We are in the midst of setting up a UK fulfilment centre to lessen our delivery days. The Oversized Hoodie - Giant Fluffy Hoodie is currently in stock from the UK (as shown on the product page). Orders for the hoodie are dispatched the same day with Royal Mail tracked 48 in their new branded packaging.
We have two more products on their way for UK distribution; the Rose Bear and the Rose in Glass Dome. As a startup, we wanted to stay environmentally friendly and focus on just-in-time production; reducing our carbon footprint. However, in preference for faster delivery times, we will be looking for other alternatives to reduce our footprint. Leading to the best of both worlds; happy customers and eco-friendly!

Shocking customer service, when asked for a phone nine told me they haven’t set one up!?
Ordered my partner an engraved item for anniversary. Took 5 weeks to arrive (from China!!), despite chasing several times.
When it arrived it had the wrong name and date engraved!! Complained and options were refund or new item in another five weeks. I told them not acceptable and I wanted both plus the item in a week. No response had to chase again. Told me one or the other. Told them still not acceptable. No response again so I chased. Then receive an email to say refund has been processed!
Please do not be tempted to buy anything from them.
