Update.... Don't waste ur money
Well this is an update on my last review, I ordered 2 items a large rose brat and comfy socks.
The bear turned up after 4 weeks. Already the roses falling off.
But I'm still waiting on the other items that was ordered same time. I ordered on 11 the of Feb. It's now the 24th March..
Absolutely a joke I want a refund. But the customer service does not exist

Firstly my order was EXTREMELY late, for my I convenience i was provided a 10% refund (£7).
The items eventually arrived, 2 weeks in, worn around 8 times, the hood is coming away from the body of the item. Stitching is pretty awful.
Won’t be using them again.

Poor customer service
I placed an order for 3 custom painting by numbers canvasses but the same day I realised one of the photos I'd uploaded wasn't the one I had wanted to use so emailed straight away and received what looked like an amended order. Having waited nearly 3 weeks for my paintings to arrive (from China - a fact I was unaware of as I was under the impression that this was a UK company) the original photo had been used. I have tried to contact them via their contact form on the website and it has now been 6 days and I haven't received a response. Their site states not to email again as you will go to the bottom of the list and there is no way to contact anyone by phone.
The other two pictures are good but the lines and numbers are very dark so some colours need a few coats to hide them.
I wouldn't normally leave a review when my problem is unresolved but I thought other users should be aware of the problems contacting the company
Update - the company have responded on here and asked me to “reach out to them”
I have already done this via their contact form and two weeks down the line I am still waiting for a response to that. Now raised with PayPal and no surprise LovebyLetterbox have not responded to that either

Slow but got my order
Ordered, realised I had made an error, after a few days to get in touch they managed to rectify my error and communicate with me about my order, I have now received it and am in the process of painting. Paint seems good quality and the material it’s on seems strong and thick.

Scam!!! No item, no communication.
Ordered a wreath from this company on 16/02/2021. On 25/02/2021 I received an email to say it was with Royal Mail and it gave me a link to a weird tracking site. Not once has the tracking number worked. I’ve emailed them 3 times over the period but not one reply. Today I contacted PayPal and they’ve refunded me straight away. Stay clear of this company! It’s got to be a scam

AVOID- Don’t bother, scam artists
After the excuse of delayed delivery for 26th feb all because of Valentine’s delays, I was told a refund/compensation for the disappointment would be issued but several weeks later and constant chasing of this company via email I’ve had no response so I am determined to warn everyone about this scam company, they will delay your order and the communication is terrible...waste of money...save it for a company who actually cares about their customer experiences/satisfaction

However it showed the parcel for that tracking number had been sent 2 weeks BEFORE I had even placed the order and delivered on the day I ordered!

If I could give a lower rating than 1 star I would because this company is unbelievable. Its a total scam. From taking over a month to arrive despite being told it’d take 7-10 days after purchase to me finally receiving my £30+ order and it actually being worth less than £5. The bear is cheaply made from china, with a squashed face so looks sad and pathetic, the box was completely unusable as it’d been destroyed in what I hope was the travel. The companies response is useless when they finally do respond. You can find the same thing for so much cheaper on places like aliexpress. Please DO NOT waste your money on this pathetic scam of a company. I wish I could include photos of how disgusting their quality of product is.
