Love Exclusive Photography Reviews 

Love exclusive photography gave me a large choice of images but a lot of them were included in the package despite her various expressions being 'off' and not good.
We picked one where her dance move and smile were captured nicely but in the shown image her feet were not showing. You definitely need to edit your chosen image to get the result you want before checkout or you will get cropped images.
I was glad to see a plain background and no silly props used and my chosen image is fine.I would still like to see at least one close up headshot in the selection as the one from last year was lovely.
The website is confusing .
Royal Mail deliver and my photos sent same day and arrived on 4 th day.

Excellent photos - can’t wait to receive!

Really expensive for the quality and the purchase. We bought the download of all photos and two extras only because it was his first photo session. £65 with a discount! Photos not centred, some in landscape which would have been brilliant in portrait so unfortunately his beautiful hair was cropped at the top! The resolution was poor but luckily a friend increased it so the clarity was better. One photo in sunglasses had a reflection of something in them so we cannot use it. Ordering was a nightmare- we wanted the eight prints plus two extras but the company seem to decide which extras you can have. I did message to check if we could change this but no response at all from them. Overall poor quality. Would have preferred one or two quality prints actually rather than eight poor quality.

Good photos, but too expensive. Just a photograph should be £3-4 max. I’d be able to buy more. Just spent £140 on 10 photos no frames, most were just the smallest size as they were the cheapest - just for the sake of a memory.

Hugely over priced, and luckily, as I remembered how awful the photos were from last time, asked for the absolutely terrible hats not to be used on my son. Though the photographer still did a few and managed to give those as options. The hats are unnecessary, a few very simple items/accessories but they aren’t needed. This photographer really didn’t know how to interact with children and alot of our children struggled without our guidance or help understanding.
They’re never natural, always an expectation. I’m just very lucky I was able to tell the photographer about the god awful hat this time.
I was also very offended the first time the company came to our nursery, that they asked me to take my son’s prescription glasses off of him. I absolutely understand the flash in the lenses can be a challenge, but if I’m able to get images professionally done else where with no problems about his glasses, it begs the question of how well trained are the photographers on the understanding of lighting.
The whole process from the company needs to be very much refined, because in a larger nursery, they aren’t well equipped.

My kid has been getting picture taken with them for the past 4 years in the nursery. Honestly the quality is really hit and miss. Sometimes I order, sometimes I just can’t. My kid is wearing a hoodie, why put a grandpa hat on him? Or the straw hat why? I would rather they give the kid something to play with in front of some plants, or balloons rather than standing oddly in front of the fake fireplace or fake tree backdrop. Ordering digital images is always fast and easy. Price wise I am very willing to pay if only they just try a bit harder on the setup.the recent shoot with pure white background is just amazing I must say.

£40 for 3 digital images! I feel that multiple image packages should be available at a more reasonable price. These are not high end individual photo shoots. It plays on parents' emotions really.

I like this opportunity at my son’s nursery to have photos taken by love exclusive as I’m not the best at remembering to take photos of him. He has had three photoshoots now with love exclusive and I’ve purchased photos every time he has had them taken . Some of the photo poses and expressions in the first two photo shoots were okay, not bad but not fantastic. I purchased maybe 4 out of like 10 photos but the photos from the third shoot he recently had done , I’m really happy with them that I purchased all 13 photos .My experience overall is a good one and I will continue to do photoshoots with love exclusive at my son’s nursery until he leaves for primary school . I think it’s just personal preference over whether you like the poses and expressions or not. I don’t buy the package offers, I just buy the individual photos so I can put them into my own collage frames and I think they are reasonably priced. I’m a single mum on a low income but I look forward to these shoots and so I save my money when I know he is going to have the shoot so I can buy whatever photos I want because he is so worth it.

They made everything easy. Pictures are amazing

The photographer that came into the nursery was amazing, my son was a bit upset at first but within minutes he was sitting down and smiling for photos, she managed to get amazing photos

I have two feedbacks :
1. Regarding the photos - I would expect better photos from a photoshoot. Photographer didn’t appear to be experienced. We liked most of my child’s pictures but none were taken properly. Some had head/object cut, some where not properly aligned, etc.
2. Packages- I feel it’s an open loot! Packages say 9 photos, when you select the pictures then you are charged additional £5 for each.

This is so unfair.

Lovely photographer & great with kids. My only critique would be that on the website, while ordering the pictures, I think it would be quicker and easier to navigate if: when you select several of the same pictures in different sizes, if there was a simpler format to view what you’ve selected. For example when I had 16 pictures in my basket, it was a bit of a hassle concluding which sizes I had of each picture. May I suggest categorising the basket by 1 picture at a time & show which sizes you’ve selected of each picture. Would highly recommend the service though 👌🏻

Happy with the choice and number of photographs and glad that the focus was on my granddaughter and not on using props.
Loved the close up shot and would like to see a couple of these to be included in choices.
My only grumble would be the packaging. Although delivered at the door , the corners were bent and therefore so were the large photographs. The sleeve they were in was not big enough so didn't protect them and the cardboard envelope is not strong enough and needs extra protection particularly on the corners.

The photographer has captured some wonderful facial expressions, resulting in some lovely photos so I have made a purchase. However, there could be some improvements especially for the price of the photos... My child’s grubby shoes were left on, so in some photos you can see mud on the bottom of her shoes; it would have been better to have bare feet. When I emailed the company to ask if the mud could be edited out I received no reply. Also, the orientation of the photos against the background felt off, like the background was wonky.

I was in utter disbelief when I saw my two kids posing for pictures. The result was absolutely gorgeous!

Complete and utter rip-off. You would expect to pay a premium for a photoshoot organised at a nursery but this goes well past a reaosnableness test.

Phenomenal photography, excellent results.

Refused to take my daughters photo because the link they provided didn’t work so unable to register with them, was very looking forward to seeing these photos and extremely disappointed they refused to do anything to resolve the situation with us.
