Placed an order back in June and still haven't recieved my download photos. No reply to my emails and I'm £45 out of pocket. Order is still processing!

We had graduation photos done of our little boys, via the nursery. We ordered our prints paid and noticed there was an additional charge on. We contacted love exclusive about this and they told us it was a late payment charge despite us ordering a few days after recieveing the proof photos to order and we'll before the cut off date, so I appealed this with them they said we had been incorrectly charged and it would be refunded and asked for our details to refund the amount. However they have not responded to any of our messages and that was 6 weeks ago and still no refund for a. Charge that was incorrectly added and entirely there fault!

Michelle Malone is an outstanding photographer and is amazing ather job! Michelle is wonderful with the children and is so skilled at getting a smile out of even the shyest child! We love having Michelle as our photographer - as nursery managers she puts an ease to photo day in the nursery :)

Ok photos. Trying to order, impossible! (Still don't know what I will actually receive). Very expensive! Having to pay to deliver to nursery is just extortionate! If it wasn't my little 1s last photos at nursery I really wouldn't have bothered.

Chloe was great with the children and made our two day nursery photo shoot with over 140 children go as smoothly as possible .
The ordering system in place for Nurseries takes all the pressure off the nursery

Michelle was well prepared and punctual. she was brilliant at making the children feel at eae and never rushed anyone

Isabel was amazing with all the children! She captured so many amazing shots of the children, I am sure the parent's will all love!

I can't recommend these guys enough! I have recommended them to all 27 nurseries in my cluster!

Beautiful photographs. Really high quality images. They are going to make great Christmas presents for relatives. I had an issue with my order but as soon as it was brought to their attention it was resolved and I am very satisfied with the way it was handled. I can't thank you enough. Looking forward to the next time you are at her nursery. Highly recommended.

I have bought 7 different Love a Lot packages over the years, of my two children while at nursery. I am extremely happy with every package I have received, and cannot wait to receive the package I have just ordered.

I ordered 3 digital images back in November 2020 and waited for an email with the images.

After not receiving anything I searched my junk mail in December and I found an email with a link to access the images. However on trying to activate the link a message stated it had expired.

I emailed Love Exclusive Photography back in December to ask if I could be sent an active link to access my images. However, I have had no response from you until now, when I received an email to rate your service.

Due to my experience and the fact I still can’t access the photos of my daughter (which had been purchased as part of a Christmas present for her grandparents who haven’t been able to see her since the lockdown started in March 2020) I’m afraid I can only rate your service as very poor.

I would be very grateful if you could respond to my email and send an active link so that I can access the images I have paid for. Thank you

Very pleased with the quality of images of my daughter’s nursery pictures, they have made great presents and when I had an issue to change an image I had selected it was resolved immediately. I would highly recommend.

My digital pack took a while to arrive but when I send an email enquiring it was sent immediately so very good customer service!

Great quality of photos however we felt that the price point was a bit on the higher side
