The fascinator is beautiful, exactly as it looks in the photo.
My only issue is that I received absolutely NO communication from Love Fascinators in the form of order confirmation and I was beginning to wonder if the order had gone through. I was not until several days later that I received a message to say it was on it's way from Royal Mail.

Great hatinator, but didn’t come in a hat box and for the price I paid I was a bit surprised, although it was still a great buy. Fast postage. Thank you! I love my hatinator, it’s stunning.

What an outstanding company! I was trying to find a fascinator to match a wedding guest outfit I had bought a year ago. The colour match was proving to be quite tricky . Gemma could not have been more helpful. Her advice via telephone email and text message was excellent. Unfortunately the first purchase( which arrived very quickly) didn't quite match but with the easy returns and super fast refund process , and further advice from Gemma, I was able to buy another fascinator with matching handbag , which was perfect . The customer service I received went above and beyond . Some of the larger on line companies out there could certainly take a leaf or two out of Love Fascinators book for sure.

Good choice of colour and style of facinators and hatinators and reasonably priced. Some clutch bags available too if needed. Excellent customer service and goods arrived quickly and well boxed. It would be useful to know size and/or dimensions of products where possible. Returns not a problem.

I had to send the fascinator back because the colour was not the same as shown on the website.

The advice over the phone was really good. The delivery was very fast . I’d clicked the wrong button and mistakenly asked for Saturday delivery . This was spotted and a refund made straight away. My little flower fascinator is beautiful and was much admired at my daughters wedding .
