I note your other reviews are also written on the same day with a mixture of different star ratings, which appears to be a suspicious attempt to convey oneself as a genuine customer.
In response to your comments, firstly, we would like to address the comment about deleting negative reviews on google. This is factually incorrect; it is impossible to remove genuine Google reviews, good or bad, unless they are explicit, offensive or illegally written. The process of having a review taken down by Google (and Feefo for that matter) is very extensive, which is why they are highly trustworthy review platforms.
If it were easy to remove negative reviews, Google and Feefo would not be trusted platforms for reviews. Customers are entitled to leave negative feedback, and this feedback can only be removed if it is illegal content. Otherwise, there is no way of a business being able to remove these reviews. Secondly, we would like to point out that we do sell lab grown diamonds as well as the Ethica Diamond. The Ethica Diamond is our own branded diamond infused moissanite for which we hold the UK distribution rights, and we fully disclose the composition of the Ethica Diamond on our website. We have hundreds of 5 star positive reviews from happy customers of ours who are delighted with the jewellery and stones we sell, as rated on Feefo and Google:

As you can see from our review platforms, with a combined total of over 700 five star reviews, we have had only three reviews that are 3 stars or under. Despite our greatest efforts to provide every customer with an outstanding service, we aren’t perfect. However, what matters is that whenever a customer has a problem, we go over and above to sort any issues and make things right for them. We also respond to feedback publicly, to be completely transparent, NOT get the review removed, as can be seen on our review platforms Feefo and Google. We take our customer happiness and their confidence in us very seriously and our customer satisfaction is our number one priority.
Finally, the ASA ruling was the result of an unfortunate attack on our business from a former director of the business, who has recently been found guilty by the UKIPO of bad faith. One of many articles covering this story can be read here:

Hopefully we can confirm that you are a genuine customer of ours and discuss this further with you to get to the bottom of your review, although we are unsure whether this is genuine as we have not been made aware of this grievance outside of Trustpilot.
