34 days and still waiting
They advertise 1-3 day shipping. Well, I ordered over a month ago and still no sign. Tracking shows the embosser comes from China amd takes days to even clear customs. They are FLAT OUT LYING about their order fulfillment. Their customer service is terrible. It takes two or three attempts to get them to respond. They said with high demand, it would take an additional 4-5 to ship (again, it's been a month). They told me that they did not have visibility on my exact order either. They hide comments on their IG posts so we can't provide feedback publicly. So disappointing.

Been a month and haven’t received item
Ordered on February 7th, promised 5-6 delivery. Ordered a book embosser
It’s now March 5th, 2024. After back and forth with a copy and paste from “Sophie” for weeks finally got a tracking #. Tracker number only says it was entered by carrier item never got tracked.
Update: 3/12 package is still in transit, never received yet. Been over a month since ordering
Edit2: 3/16 recieved 6 weeks later. Product is as described but clearly just a drop shipped item. The 2 5-star reviews on this website are fake as well. If you look at the accounts they’re brand new. Most likely from the supplier.
DONT TRUST THIS PRODUCT OR WEBSITE.

Scam of a company! Do not order from these scoundrels. Ordered 3 weeks ago, ask where the item is and they say they will make sure the order gets ‘processed’ this week and will reach me in 1-2 weeks later. You can tell they are shifty by how often they change their stories.

If I could give negative 5 stars I would. After an original quote date of 5-7 day of shipping, 2 weeks went by with absolutely no update. It took me reaching out to ask what was going on for them to give the generic “due to an unexpected amount of orders we have been delayed”. Then another 3 weeks go by and it has finally arrived. Only to find out that they put my name on it instead of the way i ordered it. Absolutely terrible company. Save yourself the headache and embarrassment and don’t order from this place.

Hello. I have also been scammed, but luckily. I have connections. Report them to reportfraud.ftc.gov and they are now being investigated, I also reported them to the better business bureau, and contact your bank about the fraud/scam. Luckily I used a credit card so it wasn’t my money, but good to know they’re being investigated because they refuse to give a refund just “delay” after “delay” . Such a scam.

100% a scam. RUN do not walk away from this company. Ordered a book embosser for my wife for valentines day in early February and we are now 4 weeks later and nothing. Got an email from "Sophie" about a delay 10 days after I purchased and that it would ship in 5-8 days. It's been 19 days now and nothing. Totally garbage company.

This is 100% a scam company. Now that I've looked at their Terms of Service, it's just a bad copy paste job, and includes none of the pertinent information to identify the company. I've demanded a refund, and threatened a report to US Consumer Services. Probably won't do anything, but evil people like this shouldn't get away with it.

I place an order almost 2 1/2 weeks ago for two book stamps, but nothing has arrived. I have been getting responses to my emails from "Sophie" telling me it is coming, but I'm guessing it's only a delay tactic to help minimize the negative reviews and keep stealing money. 😡
Update for my review. I have gotten a response to every email and I received one on the 11th that said my order has shipped! 🤞Once it arrives I will try to edit this again with an update as to the quality of the custom book page emboss.

This is a scam has been several weeks after purchase and haven't received a single response on the progress of the order. Having read other reviews I'm confident I won't be getting my money back or the product I ordered. Hope no one else falls for this.
For those affected already make sure you notify Shopify that the merchant is breaking terms of service so this scam site can be shut down.

No delivery, no response to emails to their help inbox, attempting to keep 90% of my payment
I ordered the book embosser at the beginning of the month, thinking they might abide by their claim of shipping within 1-3 days. After over a week I contacted them via the email they provided in the order confirmation (loveforart.help) and requested that the order be cancelled. I sent several additional emails upon not hearing anything back, and finally poured through their website to find their support request page, which I used to once again request a refund.
I first received a reply (using a misspelled name) saying my order would ship out within 1-2 weeks (over a month after the order was placed). When I reiterated that I had requested to cancel my order, they sent an apologetic response saying they would be willing to refund me $5 (out of the purchase price of $52 with shipping). I ordered a different custom embosser from amazon which I received in 8 days as expected. Avoid this seller
