Ordered 3 total items. 2 sleep set rompers and a rose.
The rose dos not work. And I am aware of the process. In editions 1 of the two pieces of intimate sets have a tear.

These products are solid for a reason
Lovehoney has some of the best support for all their products, which in themselves are very solid and worthwhile. The Lube is 10/10: Pro Tip- Start with one squirt, apply more *as needed*. Especially if you're applying it after doing the warm-water rinse on the fleshlight like I do

Very bad experience never again
Update -after I left a bad review they let me know they received my item and refunded me very quickly, they apologized . I appreciate that they answered me and refunded me
Item was cheap and seemed like plastics the bra straps make sounds like there is tissue paper inside of them I requested to return the item and was sent a shipping label. They received the item on Feb 23rd it's now March 5th and they refuse to confirm they received it and will not give me an update. I have never experienced this rude of service before. I will not shop here again and would not recommend additionally they have warnings on some lingerie that it may cause cancer

Due to our returns being processed based on the date that they're received to our warehouse they can take up to 14 days from that date to be completed and you won't be emailed until this happens.
We're also very sorry for the concern that's been caused by some labelling on our products. As we sell across all states, to ensure we're in line with requirements, anything that contains a material that may be linked to a carcinogen requires the warning. You may even find the same warning on many common items - like oranges and orange juice.
