Absolute cheapest prices and highest quality around! I kid you not, there was a 50% price difference compared to the official brand website. Because Lovehoney had it for half the price, I was able to sneak in a couple of extra items I've been wanting. I never would have been able to do that if I had shopped anywhere else. Highly recommend!

I’m not happy with the product that I got in store. I reached out and got sent a replacement. My old one of the same thing works better than both of the new ones I received by far. I don’t understand why the product is less effective than the previous one. Very unsatisfied and I feel like I wasted my money. Would 10/10 not recommend and would send back both to get my money back and buy something worth having. So much for birthday present for myself

I ordered 2 sizes in two different styles of lingerie. I also ordered something I took out of package but now wish to return. However, I want my partner to have a look before returning and he is away until 23rd. I also need clarification on the status of returning another part of the order. Trying to get thru the AI bot to a human proved impossible- even though I explained 3 times I am disabled and need to speak to a human. I eventually got a human (Jules) on thier site who gave me a number : that number is for new orders only. I asked Jules to register a complaint. They refused and said to ring the number again : so I did and same thing again. Jules said someone would call but then backtracked on that. The fabulous Jacqui rang and resolved- moving reiew from 1 star to 3 but until LH either has a better bot or gives an alternative, I will be cautious about using them again

The website is easy to use and the clothing is as pictured. Unfortunately one of the items came ripped so I had to repair it before I could wear it. Unfortunately the item was for an event so I didn't have time to send it back for a new one.

I am trying to do a return through DHL and the assistant told me that your company did not give me a correct RMA number I have tried this several different ways and it does not work. Time is ticking away to get my return back but it seems like no one wants to help.
