Great shipping & product on par
Shipped well in discreet, brown box and products met my standards and were fun. However, on initial delivery I did not specify apartment number as typically packages are left at the front or in obvious mailing rooms, and it was not delivered properly and I had to place a new order. Additionally, though maybe a small nitpick, the outer packaging was a little rough and the interior product packaging was dented though otherwise untouched.

No Refund for Bad Service
It didn’t deliver the first time despite having specific address & delivery instructions, then, it took them days to reach back out to me from customer service for a return. 9 days after it should’ve come I finally get a notification that it’s on the way, March 17th expected delivery. TWO WEEKS after it was supposed to come, and I didn’t get any sort of refund. I paid for the fast delivery. 2-3 day. $220.
