Bad customer service
They make it a practice in making it hard to reach them. Error messages on the link on their email to contact them. When you enter chat the AI prompts you to enter email name and order number then gives an error message overtime telling you to start over. When calling the only time it allows call to go through is if you want to place an order, I needed to cancel an order due to an emergency wont be home to receive it and now when I found the trick to reach them they say its to late because its in process they give the runaround til its "too late"

The product could’ve been amazing
The product could’ve been amazing, but it was horrible. The concept was awesome, but not sure why any woman would want a dildo thats as hard as a rock. My insides were hurting for TWO weeks. Why not charge a little more and put a dildo on there that actually bends and feels nice. I would’ve bought one for every woman I know… But the way it is I would only buy it for someone i hate. I will not believe that anyone could write a positive review for this product. The dildo is stiff and feels like a hard piece of plastic it’s awful.… When I think about the feeling it makes my body cringe. The good news it gives me an idea of a wonderful product to invent.
