10/10 customer service
10/10 customer service. I ordered a bracelet back in December for a Xmas present for my mum. She had noticed 2 days ago that the photo part had come out and she couldn’t find it. I emailed the company that day and already have arranged for a replacement to be sent out even though it was 7 months ago the order was placed. Can’t fault the company at all, quick response in emails. Would 100% use again!

This product is lovely the picture is fabulous inside its so clear and the keyring itself is beautiful.
