Super soft and comfortable pajamas

The Cotton Candy pajamas I received from Lovelie are the softest, most comfortable pajamas I now own! Such great quality. Absolutely love the personalisation and the service I received from them.

Exactly what I was after

I recently ordered some personalised robes for myself and my bridesmaids to wear on the morning of my wedding. The personalisation is spot on and the robes are a fab colour! Everything arrived with plenty of time too. When I had an enquiry, the Lovelei team were quick to respond. Thank you so much!

Amazing customer service from this company

Amazing customer service from this company. I messaged them on insta in a panic for a last minute order the week before my wedding and they were so incredibly helpful with telling me what was in stock, sending me photos for colour comparisons etc and dispatching it the same day so it arrived the next working day. They looked fab while we were getting ready and great quality and value!

WORST. EXPERIENCE. EVER
Was sending emails asking for a general update on a order for my wedding. They said on social media they emailed me back. Even though I checked all through my junk folder etc and no email. When asking for a screenshot of their email- they sent me a made up email and said they would refund instead of actually sending out my items.
All seems a scam to me.
My advice is do not buy from here- go to a reputable company especially for a wedding

In reply to your review, we are sorry you didn’t receive the emails but as you are aware we had inadvertently mis-spelt the address and therefore you were not receiving them which was our error and we apologise for that but all the information was on the website regarding despatch of your order and the estimated time for delivery which is what you were asking we see that we were in the timescale as your order was not due out until end June and therefore the order had not bee despatched.

If we were a scam company we would not be refunding you, but in this instance we decided to refund you. Sorry but we have a system in place and have to work from a schedule as there are other customers who placed orders before you and their orders are due out first sorry but we need to keep to the schedule otherwise it could leave others waiting longer for their orders, we do our best to try and sort the orders as quickly as possible for everyone and we work together to achieve.

Thank you so much for my lovely dressing gowns for my daughters wedding they are just perfect and the quality of the dressing gowns are really good. The ladies where also very accommodating in having the dressing gowns sent to me sooner that the original delivery date. I would definitely recommend Lovelei brilliant service

Worst shop ever! Don’t order if you need something for your special day!

Worst shop ever! Please don’t order there!
I ordered TWO MONTH before my wedding after I asked the shop if my order will arrive in time and they agreed. I ordered two Pyjamas for me and my maid of honor and after two weeks of silence I wrote again an Mail to ask when the order will arrive. Than they told me that it’s not possible to get them in cotton and if it’s ok if they could send me the PJ’s in Satin. I accepted this offer because they told me that they can send them very quickly in Satin and that they will definitely arrive in time. After again some weeks of silence and no arriving order I wrote them again and they told me they where sorry but they can’t deliver it because they are waiting for an order! I am very disappointed from this shop because if they had told me in the beginning that it’s not possible to send me the PJ’s in time I would have had the chance to order somewhere else! A couple of days before my wedding they let me down and that is not fair! I didn’t get my refund yet and they didn’t even made an offer to make compensations!
I am working as an Wedding Planner and I will never ever recommend this shop again because they let me down on my own wedding!
Please order not from this shop!

Sorry you were not happy with what we tried to sort for you, we answered all the emails quickly and kept you aware of the situation regarding your order, although you ordered 2 months before your wedding we work on working days for despatching of orders as we do not work weekends or Bank Holidays and we have had 2 Bank Holidays this month, your order was due to be sent around 11 May these dates are estimated dates and we contacted you before this date to see if you wanted to change to satin pyjamas due to a delay with our manufacturer, bearing in mind you are in Germany it gave us little time to make sure we got them to you especially with the slow delivery services since Brexit

We were waiting for a delivery from our supplier for satin pyjamas which you were informed of, we did our best to try and help you and get the order to you but there wasn’t enough time, once we received the changed order from the manufacturer. We could not guarantee if we sent it you that you would receive it in time due to you been in Germany, so we are deeply sorry in this instance the only option we had was to inform you the time was too tight, we have refunded you but it can take a few days to reach time to reach your account.

I placed an order with this company on…

I placed an order with this company on 20th April 2021 - I quickly sent an email straight after to check if my robe and pyjamas would arrive before 8th May 2021. I was advise they "would definitely be with you in time".

Fast forward to 30th April (today) - I received a notification from DPD that my Lovelei order would be delivered today. However instead, I received an email from Lovelei at 14:23 today - that they do not have the robe I ordered.

I asked for a full refund, which I had to follow up because initially the only refunded me on the robe and not the pyjamas and postage too. To top it all off, I have just gone onto their website and the robe in question, is in stock in the size and colour I ordered. No explanation so far - one very disappointed and frustrated bride!!

In reply to your review, we were sorting your order for you so you received this before 8 May, when we went to pack the robe into the parcel we found that the size you wanted was not on the shelf, but in its place were the wrong size robes, we contacted you with an alternative option but you were not happy with this and asked for a refund the pyjamas had already been processed and were going with Royal Mail and as they were half price we thought that was what you would want, however after refunding the robe you left us this review, so we pulled back the pyjamas and refunded you for these and the postage as requested. The reason you saw the robe in stock on the website was when we refunded it, it put it back into stock and we were in the process of taking it out of stock but in that short space of time you saw it live on the website. We didn’t have enough time to reply to your email asking us why it was showing in stock on the website you didn’t give us a chance to reply before you decided to leave your review. We would of liked to of helped you and sorted out another robe as we could have sent another which we had in stock but you have been refunded as requested and we wish you well on your Wedding Day

Exactly what I was looking for!

Ordered my robes over a year in advance for my wedding because when I saw them on instagram, I knew they were exactly what I was looking for. I was keeping an eye on them on the website and then they disappeared! I contacted customer services and they were able to source me what I was looking for, which was really appreciated. They did take a bit of time to arrive, but I wasn't in a rush for them anyway. The robes were really beautiful for the morning of our wedding and they look gorgeous in the pics. Thank you, Lovelei! :) x
