So glad I stumbled upon this website! I needed a personalised robe to gift to my cousin and Lovelei was exactly what I needed! It came two days after my inital order SO perfect. Personalised, cute and affordable too (not to mention quality too). I would definitely recommend over anything I saw on Etsy! Gem of a brand.

I was promised a refund 3 years ago due…

I was promised a refund 3 years ago due to a mistake that this company (trading in their old name, Little Lovebird) admitted (basically they didn’t send the robes in time for my wedding even though I provided a date) - and now they won’t honour it!!! I have an email I have forwarded to them which says the money will be refunded and they have now started ignoring my emails after being particularly unpleasant. DON’T USE THIS COMPANY!!!!! They are truly terrible!!!!

Disappointing experience, waste of money, think very carefully before ordering.

I would avoid shopping with this company. I initially ordered at the start of September and only now, in February has my order been completed...
The order was dispatched in good time but was unfortunately lost/stolen in transit and whist this is not the fault of the company, getting any kind of information/replacement seemed to take ages and I mean AGES, months in fact.... A replacement was sent which I am grateful for, but they did not consult me first and ask if I wanted a refund or replacement. Due to the ridiculous waiting times I asked for a refund multiple times and the answers I got back from customer service were slow and met with "it'll be with you soon" instead of taking into consideration my request to have a refund. It was really frustrating, I felt like they ignored me in every email I sent. Worst of all I HAD TO CHASE THEM, I wasn't kept up to date at all and it was me, the customer chasing around a rubbishy robe from these people! When the items EVENTUALLY came they feel really cheap and the quality is just so so disappointing, the writing is tacky and the robes are sooo flimsy. I know they will probably come back at this with some crap excuse like "its been challenging times" or "we are a small business" etc etc as they have done with other customer reviews, but people need to know that its cheap items you can get at the pound store effectively and the service is just so so so so so slow and customers are just not kept well informed. I didn't feel like I was important at all.
I understand its not their fault my first order went missing, but I spoke to several other customers via Instagram who told me they had received their order before I had, and they had ordered AFTER me! Surely a customer replacement needs to come first?

I won't be wearing the tacky robes for my wedding day, they look so awful and I'm so disappointed by the absolute waste of money and time. Please think extremely carefully before ordering from here. I'm sure they are doing their best, but simply, you can get much better service and items from other places such as Etsy. (Fully expecting them to come back at this with some waste of time "you are wrong" attitude as they have done in so many other reviews.. but oh well)

Update: They replied with exactly the kind of crap response... Does this company ever take responsibility for anything?!!! Its apparently everyone else's fault but their own. Absolutely awful.

Thanks Beth for your review, when the parcel went missing this had to be investigated with the couriers which you were aware that was what needed to be done, unfortunately we had to give them time to check all avenues and report back to us, so thank you for your patience. We are sorry that you are not happy with the quality of robes sent but as you can see from the positive reviews there are people happy with the quality. We have many good reviews as well as ones where customers feel upset, we try to keep all customers happy, there isn’t much point in running a company to have unhappy customers but sometimes when customers feel let down they do take to TP as they do not like our reply but we cannot do anything about that.

Regarding your comment about other customers, we do not know what colour/sizes they had but it could have been a completely different item to the one you ordered, we could have had their items in stock for those customers, but we had to order your last item which you didn’t receive until this week with our supplier who had been closed due to covid, the rest of your order you received beginning of December. We were closed for 2 weeks over Christmas and we did not receive your 1 missing item until earlier this week and we sent this as soon as we could , delivery times from suppliers is out of our hands.

Absolutely rubbish customer service

Absolutely rubbish customer service. Ordered a bridesmaid robe over a month ago. When it never turned up I asked for a refund. They informed me that they had issued a refund yet I never got the money returned. Forced to resort to claiming through my card provider. Never again. Only wished I’d seen all the terrible reviews before ordering.

We would like to address your review. The bridesmaid robe you ordered was a sale robe which you ordered with a free tshirt offer, we sent the tshirt but not the robe as we had just returned on 5 January from our Christmas break and being short staffed due to another lockdown we apologised it got missed we were just trying to get orders out as we had many that had accumulated over the Christmas break, sorry the robe was not sent with the order, we were prepared to send this for you separately but you asked for a refund, this was actioned immediately and you were informed by email this had taken place.

However, yesterday you emailed to say you had not received a refund so we sent the proof that we had actioned this on 27 January and informed you that had you not received the £3.50 then you would need to contact your card provider and you replied back that is what you would do. Today you leave a 1 star review, so we are at a loss to see how this is bad customer service, it is not our fault if you card provider has not picked up the payment. Leaving a review saying you never got your money returned is not our fault we have done our part it is your card provider that needs to sort this, we do not feel that our customer services let you down in anyway so sorry if you feel the service was good enough

Beautiful items!

Brilliant items. Can’t wait to give to use them! Also I had missed off an item and contacted them and they were great. Added it to the order as it hadn’t been processed. Can’t fault! Would recommend!
