Web site easy to use. Service second to none very prompt delivery of goods. The led draw lights I purchased were ok but not brilliant only has 4 led lights so not overtly bright. Is ok for draw but would not recommend for under cupboard.

Returns policy is unnecessarily restrictive. Returns have to be received with 7 days otherwise 20% deducted from the cost of the light. If longer then it is a 'management decision' as to whether a refund will be granted. What? Forget it. Not ordering from here again, you buy same light from another company with with more generous customer service.

This is the second time I have used love lights and would definately use them again, I live local and my orders have been personally delivered to my door in super fast time, thank you Lynsey for excellent service and gorgeous lights.

I was very pleased with the service I received from LoveLights. The items I ordered were well priced, arrived quickly and were well packaged. I had a question afterwards which was answered promptly. If I need similar items in the future I will definitely buy from them.

We had some under cabinet lights but not enough transformers to operate them. Lovelights had the solution. They had a transformer of the correct voltage (24VDC) which they delivered super quick and good quality too. This is a site I will visit again.

Lights were out of stock when I ordered but when I phoned a very helpful lady told me they would be in the next day and would go on overnight carrier. True her word they arrived next day. Saved me £20.00 on the lights buying from Love Lights. Great company I would use again. Ann

I was recommended to talk to LoveLights by the manufacturer Sensio as I was looking for some lights for our wardrobes. Website was easy to use ( although it wasn't obviously clear how long delivery would take from the website ordering process - one phone-call to them resolved my query on this immediately however ).
Order arrived well packaged and everything present and correct.
Communication with Lovelights for any queries was vey prompt and well handled - many thanks to Lynsey who assisted me.
